Everyone is certainly entitled to say what they want about this little snippet but the thing is it's a Disney song, made for a fairy tale. Not a pop song, or a pop ballad just a Disney song. I take it at that. I look forward to hearing the full version. :)

The more and more I listen to it, the more I love this :wub2: "how does a moment last forever, when the song lives on?" :wub: I'm pleasantly surprised at how well it turned out. I was expecting it to be rather cheesy but it's actually a rather nice addition to her reportoire! Can't wait to hear the full thing in HD! Edited by CelineDionFreak

It is just lovely. Cannot wait to hear a HQ version, as it was hard to even make out the words of this -- but, as others have said, this is classic Celine and classic Disney. This is just what I was hoping for. Love!

I like it! Celine's voice is beautiful.

 

I'm sure in HQ the song will sound amazing. At the first listen the song sounded a little bit awkward to me, maybe because of the rhythm of the music with the lyrics, I don't know how to explain myself, but the more I listen to it the more I love it.

Is it really a trend nowadays in studio recording that céline's voice sounds too forward? Before they don't do that. Her voice should be in the middle - should blend with the music. I like it but the voice sounds too forward. Can i be just the producer for the volume of the voice part? lol

I'm liking that chorus with a D#5 ! FIERCE! Same note as the original MHWGO.. it sorta reminds me of that part of the song in MHWGO "there's nooooothing I fear" Edited by mike_z

Hopefully she will promote the song by performing it on several TV shows in the US over the second half of March since she has a free-month from performing in Vegas!

I also think this could get an Oscar nomination.. probably not win it.

 

But that would be more than enough.

 

Of course it won't become a radio hit.. but with a nice music video, if the movie is a big success the song could become a timeless piece associated to it.
