It was in the late 90's at the Royal Variety Concert. Celine also performed to the Queen at this concert. I believe she performed The Reason and 1 other song that night. It would be awesome if they met again though and Celine was given some royal title or something. I think Angelina Jolie was given some type of royal title from the Queen and she's not British, so there could be a possibility for Celine as well. 3 Quote
