I heard many stories about people who were 'upgraded' as well (probably so they could close off the blocks with the worst view so those people could fill up empty seats in other blocks...a common technique). For both shows you could still buy many tickets on the days itself (through official sites). That's not to say she doesn't have German fans. There's no doubt in my mind that if they had charged the same prices as in France (high enough as they were), both dates would've been sold out. She'd probably want a few days to adjust to the timezone before she heads into the studio [on the 14th?] so probably headed to Montreal in the next few days, I suspect. And from there its split in even more categories (managers, band, crew, roadies, the venues, transport, etc.). But in the end Céline prob receives about $750k - $1M per concert (including merchandise revenue). I remember reading on Billboard Magazine few years ago that, usually, an artist touches, when everyone is paid (including manager, musicians, technicians, etc.) between 40-50% of the revenue generated by a tour. Yet, this figure can vary a lot depending on the ticket price, the complexity of the stage, etc. Considering her average ticket price and the stage, which was rather simple, I wouldn't surprised if she would touch between 25-30M$ + with this tour alone.
