I know that she can still sing (that is an understatement), she's still phenomenal and she hasn't lost 'it' at all. Her voice has just changed over the years, as we all know, and her general singing voice (I'm not referring to her range or power) sounds different now compared to, say, here: https://youtu.be/7UoeZ0F5_7M Don't you agree? She's still just as talented however!! I guess her voice just quite literally sounds a little older now! So that's why I feel it would have been different to see her back then. Those attending just must be thankful that they're having Celine there when they didn't expect her to stop in their city at all.
