But thanks for the explanation. See, that's just my problem. She does have some more poetic / literate songs in her back catalogue, but she rarely sings them, and most - unless they actually listen to full albums - don't know that. And she could, nay should, have many more. I get that pop music is supposed to be Esparanto and accessible to all, especially since her audience is so global, but it really pains me that she doesn't more often choose to go for more lyrically substantive material (though I think that might be somewhat changing). She's obviously much more attuned to the nuance of her native language, and it shows in the choice of the material she does in French.Anyway, I suppose we shall see with this next English record. 2 Quote

This should be more what you're looking for. Sia's costumes, from what I have heard, don't really strike me as anything "normal" for lack of a better word, but she's a gritty, "real" songwriter. And so is Pink. Pink I am a fan of as a singer as well, so. Good point, her back catalog does have some more of those kinds of songs, but think about it" the general, run of the mill fans who go see her for her big radio hits don't care. They may not even know there's more out there. I know we do, but we have to remember we're not the majority group she performs for. Anyway, very disappointed that some of you were lucky enough to get feeds that worked and were stable and some of us did not. If I had known that I would not get what I wanted today, I would have gone to a dance class I really wanted to go to. But it's all over now and I just didn't get what I wanted. Oh well. We don't always. Like I said, we did, at one point, live without this kind of technology, and YouTube should cover some of the gaps. Thanks to all those who tried. Her voice is amazing, but it's definitely lost its subtleties even as compared to TCWT. There was subtleties in the TCWT? First piece of information. Only the first dates were good. Once she came in Europe, it was over. After it was dry, raspy, nasal,unclear, her pronunciation was very bad as well. This tour is definitely better to me (but that's the first dates as well). Even the tone of her voice. It's among the best she has sounded. Just the first sentence " the whisper", she sounds like an angel. 2005-2009 were the worst years to my ears along with the period post Tour 2016 till the Tour 2017 (not included). Even the pre-recorded tracks were awful. 2 Quote
