This video is amazing. Celine looks beautiful and you can hear her voice before it comes back through the audio system, like you sometimes can in Vegas.

I think she would have to remove "The Reason" from the setlist because it is very difficult to sing and would destroy her voice for the rest of the tour. It could be replaced by WDMHBN 100% live

 

Not an option till I heard that one live... It was one of my favourite songs to come back in the tour

I'd rather have LCMM/RDMH replaced by ANDHC and Immortality.

Needless to say I ADORE it. The whole thing of it. I could play this segment on a loop 24 hours But I can't believe the prudish out there who get scandalised about Celine imitating MJ. What's sad is that they seem to forget/ignore that Celine already imitated Michael in 1987 an she already took her hand down there back then! And the world kept revolving since then! )

Hopefully she sees these complaints as very passionate fans caring very much. I hope they don't dishearten her in any way during a time when she should be enjoying herself. Regardless, I think it's a bit foolish to go posting a bunch of negative comments about someone who we all admire and care about. Obviously, if we keep returning to this forum, Celine has touched us / been there for us moreso than the average fan. So why spread any negativity?

 

I think it's crazy to question Celine's integrity as an artist. She is absolutely an artist. A legend. An Icon.

 

For those of you who do not consider Celine an artist -- I hope you can, at the very least, admire her strength, work ethic, and the fact that she's preserved her ONE OF A KIND voice after so many years of singing. Who else has performed as frequently as Celine Dion --- and has done it so consistently STRONG? No matter what night you see Celine perform -- whether it's on tour or in Vegas --- she ALWAYS delivers. You ALWAYS feel special to be in the same room with her.

 

I hate that some of us get so wrapped up in trying to manage her career from behind our computers (doesn't get you very far, does it?). And just take a breath and enjoy the fact that this woman has given us so much ------- and she is STILL DELIVERING. I feel incredibly fortunate to know that I will be able to see her perform live again soon.

 

I just watched some YouTube videos of these first couple performances from the tour. And it gave me chills. I'm so proud of her as a person and as an ARTIST.

As much as I now despise RDMH, I must give credit where it's due. In Vegas Celine was performing this song very lazy and completely adlibbing 2/3 of the song, she is finally at least performing it better now and sticking to the way it should be sung.

I was hating how she was doing it lately in Vegas with all these high pitched screams while doing the "Carlton dance" and not even singing the lyrics, if she is gonna sing the song than at least sing the lyrics properly. Her ad-libbing is what she does when she's either bored of the song or trying to rest her voice.

LOL, well, guess we'll have to agree to disagree. Because I'd be more than happy if she'd just scat sing the whole thing. Far more interesting.

I watched a video from the second concert in Sweden and I noticed that people were very cold during RTD and LIAWN. They were just sitting on their seats and did not move at all. I think what could help this medley is a choreography. Celine does not have to be part of it. A message to all those who are getting pissed by the cutting of songs in the setlist....neither Céline nor her team is responsible.

Go to the main website of the respective arenas where she is going to perform...you will see the official time of starting and ending of the concert(which is slightly less than 3 hours)and this measure has been taken for security reasons...

Hence,the concert gets shortened and they have no option but to cut few songs...not being partial or anything

One thing that I am greatly impressed about her is that she, 49, ALONE without a huge group of dancers or sophisticated special effects [comparing to those trending big names nowadays], can still manage to amaze and arouse the audience throughout the entire 2 hours. Legend indeed.

As often happens for me, Love Of My Life is now in my head. I liked it when I first heard it, but it's one of those songs that is taking a moment to really grow on me, but it's starting. I think what was hard for me at the beginning is how often and how quickly and surprisingly, when I least expect it, the song moves from one key to another. As a pianist, this will be a fun, but challenging, song to learn though I know it's primarily a guitar song. But it's reaooy coming to be one I look forward to hearing, even though I know most of us wish she would end with one of her own songs.
