OMG YESSSSSSSSSS! I love what you came up with. Tying this into indirectly quoting the user who suggested her doing If We Could Start Over, as well as other older Unison songs besides where does my heart beat now, I'd love it. I do agree, though relunctantly, that acoustically, done very minimally, At Seventeen is an emotional, thought-provoking song. And, I still think there are way better songs she could be doing. I am sorry, because someone said they'd rather have At Seventeen over I'm Alive, I so strongly disagree but to each their own!

Also another great medley. I know some members who would faint if she ever did Thankful. I like that idea particularly because, for the moment anyway, LMBTL is still the latest Englihs album so why not promote that while we wait for the newest one!

Yes, it was shortened.

Of course I'd love to see her do the whole song, but even a shortened version is something. And I'm sorry, I am also not a fan of Overjoyed either. If i have to pick, I vote for At Seventeen to be done instead of Overjoyed. But would love I Want You To Need Me or Us or Thankful, something rarely/never done before.

I don’t hate it lol, I just think it’s been too long and it’s time for a change. How long has she been doing that now.. 4 years?

I could not agree with this more. A week ago I loathed/hated/detested it, but after being in the most pit i KNOW why it's there. It does serve a purpose. Are there WAY better songs they could do for a mosh pit section? Heck yes! I don't hate Kiss/Purple Rain/Love Can Move Mountains/River Deep Mountain High, there are just SOOOOOOOOO many better up-tempo songs that could serve a mosh pit extremely well that have never ever seen the light of day. For one, as has been said, take I'm Alive and That's the Way It is, speed them up and give them some kick butt drumbeat, and there's part of it. If not that, modify Sorry for Love so it's not soooo hard vocally, or Make you Happy, since we're doing Falling Into You album songs, speed up right in front of You, do Just A Little Bit Of Love, or A Little bit of love can go a long way sometimes, so sorry I know that's not the title but you all know what song I'm referring to, or If There was any other way or If Love Is Out The Question or I Feel Too Much or Love By Another Name, speaking of Unison album songs. Or bring back Fade Away or Eyes On Me, I know they've been performed excessively during the TCWT, but I could live with either of those coming back! :) Now that I've been in the mosh pit I love it and know why it's there, but we do need some new songs for that whole section.

Listening to the quartet medley on repeat right now, I love it so much. It reminds me of the instrumental quartet interludes during the Celebration of Life (THV and BYLM). She should do a tour of just her, a string quartet, and her background singers. :wub:

OMG I would LOVE it if she did that. It was, of course, a tremendously sad occasion but I really loved the interludes in the celebration of life. I think if she ever did a tour like that, it would be fabulous. I too hope we get audio recording of last night in full if possible! Tim's recordings from the 1 and 2 of June are remarkable, hopefully those great recordings can keep coming via various sources in the upcoming Summer tour! And livestreaming, too. Doubt we'll get live streaming again tonight but it would sure be nice!

Annie got a bit predictable though didn't she?!

 

Maybe by doing this tour practice in LV it'll give her a bit of confidence to change the Vegas show a bit. Because of the audience reaction to these changes you know?

Agreed. I like “At Seventeen” well enough, but I’d rather see “Somebody Loves Somebody,” “Thank You,” “Save Your Soul,” “Unfunished Songs,” or “Breakaway” represent the album.

That could work. It has already been done before, but it is a fast song and the show might need some more of those. If we could find a fast song that has also never been done before, I'd suggest either Save Your Soul or Unfinished Songs. Unfinished Songs would actually make a very inspiring, uplifting ending. I don't think ending with MHWGO is depressing as someone put it, but ending with Unfinished songs would leave people feeling empowered, uplifted etc.

Soo many of those I love. I love you goddbye would be way too sad and I cannot see her ever ever doing that one. If I were you and if only you could see me now, yes please! Love doesn't ask why, OMG would love it. I know what love is has been on my top three songs I have wanted her to do live for years. Naked, I'd be worried about reactions of those from other cultures or who misunderstood the true meaning behind that song. In His Touch, it would be pretty. Just Walk Away, so many other artists have also covered it that I could see other people knowing it, if not from her. Great list!

I agree i loved when she ended her tour in 2013 with Le Miracle it left us uplifted also JENVOP

Thank You would be amazing, especially if they did it in a Love Of My Life style near the end as her song to thank the audience. Breakaway would be amazing, but since it is so hard to do vocally, it might either not come out perfectly as many people would want it, or it might not be done live. I also wouldn't mind seeing Didn't Know Love being done, I know that's one that has been circulated around here often.

For Acoustic section. I hope she sing something ballad that could project her voice more with a calm guitar plucking. Like this Malaysian No 1 Singer, Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza did for her acoustic section in her concert.

I sat Row CC last year (finally sat in all 4 levels!) and what they say is true...there is no bad seat in the house!

That's a bunch of B.S. Trust me there are bad seats in da house cuz I've sat on them. So far up in the nose bleeds you feel totally disconnected from the show. :wtf:
