I also think it´s Céline who did the most concerts than anyone, don´t know about The Rolling stones but at least Céline performed more concerts than any other female singer! Even Madonna is far from Céline. Madonna did like 10 tours during her career. In recent years she is on tour very often but from 1993 to 2001 she was not doing tours. Of course Céline is winner because of Vegas and specialy because of her show A new Day. 717 shows during 5 years it´s really something!

Well I hope it is Celine who has the record but you know Madonna fans like to push her to number 1. Like they said Madonna sold 300 million records but her sales aren't certified like Celine's 200 million, so I guess they can use any number but I really hope the amount of shows done for both singers can be verified.

I dont wanna rain on your parade but I really don't think it will ever happen. Adele has never reached out to Celine either professionally nor personally, even knowing that Celine reached out to her and praised her snd covered her songs multiple times. Celine was simply ignored.

Do we know for sure she never has? I'm not saying this cause I like Adele because everyone here knows I adore Celine but not everything is always publicized. She could have spoken to Celine in private even to say that she was flattered by her cover and just neither artist has said anything. Example we would have never known Britney received flowers from Celine on opening night of her residency had Britney not instagramed the photo. I don't think anyone has ever asked Adele what she thought of the cover.(in any recent interviews) And she's not the most active celeb on her social media accounts either until very recently. I remember Kelly Clarkson meeting her a few years back and saying how nice she was so I don't think she's unapproachable or anything. Ok I'm gonna stop now before people start accusing me of defending Adele over Celine cause that isn't what I'm doing for the record here. I even told my she's a bit off on a few performances I heard recently. Obviously sometimes it's the singer who's off and sometimes it's a technical issue (mics, earpieces etc)

Tuesday right? I'm kinda looking forward to see what's in store for the show after this upcoming break. I think after the initial nerves and stress go away it's gonna be interesting to see if there will be anymore changes to the show when it returns in May

Maybe but it's not like Celine has given any interviews or anything lately. The only place she could speak about this is(for now) is the residency and I don't think mentioning whether or not Adele contacted her is the first thing on her mind right now. Especially since I can't see how she would lead into that convo. It would have been different if she was covering an Adele song she could use it as a lead in but for example I can't see her between songs going " Oh by the way Adele called me today" Ok maybe not like that but hopefully you get my point lol!!

ya sadly no full recording yet. I myself would like to hear it again in full on a day besides the 23rd. Yes it is :w00t: I wrote a letter in 2013 and got a phone call to meet her before one of her Shows (meet and greet), it was totally random and i know i was very lucky. But still if she passed me by at a concert again doing selfies, i could easily drop dead...........
