Out of those I'd prefer Barbara. Oprah sometimes puts words into her guests mouths, and I swear she doesn't always listen either. We shall see. It'll happen at some point. 4 Quote

One hour live. Just talking and answering questions. 3 Quote https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PL54qnRGM2gMatthew Charles - "Fix You" - Live at The Stonewall InnStonewall Sensation - Season 15Originally written and performed by Coldplay

chocolatechip15 Posted March 2, 2016 at 01:00 AM Posted March 2, 2016 at 01:00 AM (edited) Barbara might be an objectively better interviewer, but I think Celine has better chemistry and rapport with Oprah. She's very comfortable with Oprah and I can see her opening up to Oprah in a way that I can't see with Barbara. The best interview would probably be with Julie Snyder. We'd just need to be able to understand it! I'd actually also love to see another Sonia Benezra interview -- the '97 one in Caesar's Palace (in English) was really great. ferjaacu Posted March 2, 2016 at 01:22 AM Posted March 2, 2016 at 01:22 AM Yeah...well... It all depends on what kind of interview it is and on what subject they're going to focus on. I also think she might open up more with Oprah if they're going to talk about personal things, but Barbara could be more interesting with music and profesional stuff. I would love to see a new interview with Rosie O'Donnell someday! They were sooooo funny back in the days 1 Quote http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3216/5786913948_369265dbeb_m.jpg FERLO
CelinesDIVO5 Posted March 2, 2016 at 01:42 AM Posted March 2, 2016 at 01:42 AM Idk, I think the 2002 interview with Barbara was pretty good. Nice and in depth. I really can't stand Julie Snyder. She reminds me of a French Canadian Charo. Very annoying. I like Oprah's interviews because it's comfortable. It's more like a conversation and I like that too. I would prefer that as a live interview because it would seem more candid and there's a possibility for things to be said that would be outside the realm of the formal interview and it wouldn't be something that could be edited out. 2 Quote https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PL54qnRGM2gMatthew Charles - "Fix You" - Live at The Stonewall InnStonewall Sensation - Season 15Originally written and performed by Coldplay

PuraVida Posted March 2, 2016 at 02:18 AM Posted March 2, 2016 at 02:18 AM Do we really have no full length video/audio of the opening song from A Star is Born since the very first show back? I am so sad, if so. Quote

I like Diane, but agree with you on Cynthia McFadden I'm not a fan, but I think the most honest and open interview with the best questions would be Barbara Walters, people can say what they want about her but she even at age 86 is a GREAT interviewer. Yea that's not a typo Barbara's 86 years old. Edited March 2, 2016 at 02:21 AM by Nmj 2 Quote

Kye Posted March 2, 2016 at 04:26 AM Posted March 2, 2016 at 04:26 AM Here you have the ultimate setlist from the whole run of "A new day...". HYEBIL was included in the show from the very beginning. http://www.celinedio...te#entry1547478 Could you share it? In general, could anyone who has the old bootlegs from AND reshare them? I only have one from March 2006 It's the first time I've heard AA in full Does anyone remember what was happening on stage? This is the song I've always wanted her to include on an album (either live or studio recording) and it didn't happen. And it's sooooooo goodOh my goodness I'm so excited to hear the full version of AA it's one of my all time faves and I too wish it was on an album. ferjaacu Posted March 2, 2016 at 04:38 AM Posted March 2, 2016 at 04:38 AM I think it would be great if being a live interview, she's being interviewed by someone who actually knows her. Kerol Posted March 2, 2016 at 08:53 AM Posted March 2, 2016 at 08:53 AM I know it seems too soon for to be back onstage but I honestly think it's the best thing she can do. She needs to get back to as normal as possible. And the great thing about Celine's career is she's an artist. The more emotion in a performance the stronger she will soar and hopefully the better she will feel. I am a boxer and I look at it from my standpoint if I am living what Celine is, or when I feel terribly stressed or overwhelmed I hit the gym. I become the boxing bags worst nightmare lol because I will swing and hit at it for hours sometimes. When I leave am I cured from real life? No , but I honestly feel better. So I see the stage ( especially in Vegas because Rene helped with everything) her "boxing bag". She can express herself, sing, cry and have fun all in the same 90 minute show. I think this will help her in the long run. I'm sure she feels like she could cry easier on stage singing about love than at home playing with the twins, and that's great because the emotions need to come out one way or another and I'm sure that she tries to be the strongest mom possible at home and sometimes maybe puts on a front at home with her children like nothing's wrong to protect them. The beautiful thing is onstage she doesn't have to protect us, WE protect her when she's weak just like the audience did by giving her a standing ovation when she was too weak to finish ABMS, instead of just sitting there and watch her heart on her sleeve and in a weak moment. Wonderful words! Totally agree! The support and the love of us means a lot for her especially now. 3 Quote
celine4evauk Posted March 2, 2016 at 10:20 AM Posted March 2, 2016 at 10:20 AM (edited) It does annoy a tad when I see the selfies moments with celine, but then I see the same folks with a meet and greet the same night! I go from being really happy for them cos they had their moment with her, to well 😕whatever 😁But hey ho, if you've the opportunity few wouldn't I suppose. May I just add I have never taken a selfie 😆 ever 😂 Edited March 2, 2016 at 10:22 AM by celine4evauk 2 Quote
Kerol Posted March 2, 2016 at 10:35 AM Posted March 2, 2016 at 10:35 AM So proud of Celine for returning so soon. She sounds and looks fabulous. I'm sure the show will keep evolving -- especially after this stretch of performances. For now, it's all about her heart healing. The show is fabulous enough for the general public. I think Celine is selling the opening number more and more each night. It's fantastic to see her receive so much love and support from fans. And she's now been getting a lot of respect from folks who have lost touch or never gave her credit in the first place. I wish her lots of strength. We should all be proud! Totally agree! I think as time passes she will be getting well. Fans must be a little bit patient for now if some voices don't sound as well as normal. Her heart is in pieces and it could be really hard performing the show on the 23rd. But she is really strong and we have to support her and not to judge her. Quote
