Wow. Celine is about her voice and her music. She doesn't need to twerk her rear at us or wear OTT outfits, have elaborate dance routines or bells and whistles sets to put on an amazing show (though Beyoncé is great). Her voice IS the show. She could go on stage wearing jeans and a Titanic hoodie for all I care.

 

She doesn't need to wake up. She already woke up! And it's amazing!!!!

The suit and the curtains sucks,annie did great job the last 2 or 3 tours ,celine needs to stop picking outfites

I miss this I mean she was so classy, and on stage, now it's ridiculous I'am really afraid for the Vegas wardrobe

Her new stylist, Law must be doing something right to have had her all over the media about the clothing that she has been wearing. You two are posting as if the outfit is such a distraction from the show that it makes the show not enjoyable. And then to be "worried" about what's coming for the Vegas show? And who cares if she wore pajamas to the press conference? She just did a 2 hour show, non stop. She wanted to be comfortable. It was a press conference, not a photo shoot. Could either of you do a better job? Would the clothes you pick out get Celine praised by VOGUE Magazine? What's in your closet?

 

Also, Celine is not Beyoncé. Celine is known for giving a show about her voice before a spectacle. Beyoncé may be quite talented, but she's nowhere near the caliber of vocal talent that Celine Dion is. If people bought tickets to a Beyoncé concert, and she just stood there and sang, the majority of that audience would be disappointed. They expect the flash and the gaud from Beyoncé. People go to see Celine expecting that voice. Not pyrotechnics and 75 costume changes.

its like she's starting a new career in a way, will i care about the outfit? lol its so damn usual lot of artists to do the concert with the same outfit maybe not big ones but an intimate thing is usually like that. i think adele does it idk.. and shes top selling as well.. our "diva image" is the one she wants now.

the 2 concerts were perfect. i was there like and to be honest i barley noticed her curtain and i was so close, her and her voice took over.

I think only true great artists have that power to make you just lose it all and just sing along and look at her face, some tears, its for the greatest and celine is one of them.

THIS!!!! Her voice is what drives it on. She could go up there in a track suit and I would sit in adoration. She's amazing for who she is, not what she wears. I'm sorry that a few people can't see that's it's about what's on the inside, her voice and emotions, rather then the outside appearance. Céline is Céline because she is amazing, and has an amazing heart that far surpasses outer appearance! Her voice cuts though and it surely doesn't matter what she wears!

I just noticed as well: the program from Montreal is different from the one in Paris. The Paris one included pictures from the Vegas show, while the Montreal one replaced those with pictures from the Paris shows.

Lazy? Sorry but what have YOU done the past year or so that puts you in position to call Celine lazy? She barely took time to grieve, she has been giving concerts, many interviews, preparing 2 albums, already promoting the French one and at this point she is a single mother of 3.

 

Not to mention that being on stage without a break does not indicate laziness, but rather the opposite. It is a sign of energy, passion and stamina.

Lazy? You realize that this woman lost her husband a few months ago after having stood by his side for the past 3 years while he was suffering? Have you got any idea how mentally grueling this is? And yet, after all that, she went back on stage, recorded an album in French, went on a tour, is preparing another album in English and going back to Vegas to honor her commitment! And despite all that, she still spends hours on end signing autographs, connecting with her fans in the best way she can.

 

She is anything BUT lazy. She is just still trying to find her balance after everything that's happened. And I think that after 35 years of constantly challenging herself to be better and better, she is allowed a break. Let her try new clothes, new hairstyles, new types of shows. And if you ask me, she's earned the right to not care and just want to have fun after all these years.

She is definitely not lazy. In fact, I still worry that perhaps she is doing too much and hasn't had enough time to grieve and rest. But who am I to judge, if it makes her feel better to be busy, then I totally support her. I am loving the emotions she is putting into the music and only focus on that. Seeing her emotions and feelings the last 2 shows just shows me how personal this tour is to her and I would rather have this realness then any flashy outfit or big production show. This is really fitting for her at this time. No complaints from me.

I'm sorry, but this show is not about the outfits, it's about the songs and the singer.

 

The choice she made by not leaving the stage is great to me. This show is for me the best she ever gave. I would take this show with the worst outfit ever over her current Vegas show or Taking Chances tour, which I loved, don't get me wrong.

 

This show is FAR from boring. It's genuine, sincere, emotional. If you really love Celine, you must love this show, because all the decisions are hers.

OMG, it's 2016, the woman lost her husband 6 months ago, but yet she's going out there and performing for her fans, honoring her dead husband in the best way she can, with a wonderful intimate and moving concert, which we can clearly see it's not easy for her at all when you count all the times she's in the brink of tears during the night, and people are calling her lazy because she's not changing outfits? ok guys maybe lazy wasn't the right word to use but i was .... I dont know, i love celine so much and always want her to look the best ,i know its about her voice and that she took big chances in terms of song choices and that shes been through alot ,but i shes back stronger than before and compared to her previous tours where she looked great and wore wonderful outfits i was very disappointed ,i just want her to look great ,looks are important believe me ,and we already know her voice is in top shap ,i just want her to be complete ,so sorry if i miss used my words

I miss Annie Horth. She's really amazing as a stylist. She knows Celine loooooong time that's why she knows what's best for Celine. She makes celine looks elegant and gorgeous. Now, it's good but for me Annie is still the best.

She is already FAR better than anybody else would be in her situation and if that's how she is only 6 months after, imagine what is going to happen from now on

 

But we also need to accept the fact that she (as everyone and everything in this life) is evolving. She is changing. She is getting more mature. The way she thinks and sees things changes. She can't be the same as she was 5, 10 or 20 years ago. And that's part of the beauty. Of her 'beauty' as a person and as an artist...that she is always honest. And by daring to deviate from the way she's been doing things so far, she is again being honest with all of us about who she is and how she feels.

 

Anyway, that's just my personal opinion. I don't by any means wish to force it upon anyone else. I just think that we need to look beyond the clothes and the hair. To look at the person and what she represents as an artist. At the fact that even after everything she's been through, she's still there, standing, trying and most importantly sharing her gift with all of us.

Yes, a million times yes!!! we have to look beyond her looks, she is still tender and fragile. Maybe only wearing one outfit and it being so covered is her way of mending on this first tour without him. She is so beautiful, regardless, and she surprises me with her voice being SO crystal clear despite all the heartbreak she is going through. Just when I thought I couldn't love her anymore, a little slot in my heart opens up for more love for her!
