As if I couldn't love her more.... after seeing this video I'm just so proud to be a fan.

You can say a lot about it ("too much" bla bla), but in the end if she wouldn't like it...she would stop doing it. But look at her face when she embraces her fans, hugs them, caress their hair, and the fact that she took a fan's iPhone and makes some pictures herself (!!!!)...my gawd... and even guide fans to take a proper selfie, just like a mother would instruct her kid. She's just phenomenal

Exactly. I love the fans moments with her during Immortality. If people hold their hand out etc then it's down to celine. What I didn't like was the first few weeks where people were just grabbing her and surrounding her. There's a big difference. Glad it has been sorted so that it's more dignified, let's leave all the mobbing etc for less classier singers! 😅

And think about it: regarding the meaning of the song and the situation they're in right now , it's good that she has something else to focus on while singing those strong and very meaningful lyrics for her. It helps her not to break down in tears I guess.

I know that the show is selling and I hope it's a sold out show till the end of her career,but I gotta be honest the show for me like the whole thing is getting really boring,compared to artists now adays ,it looks cheap ,nothing interesting happens ,how celine comes to the stage and goes out ,I mean I thought when celine comes back after one year things are going to be totally different ,but I tried to go with the flow but I can't fool myself any more I don't find anything interesting about that show ,a new day was really entertaining ,I don't want people to hate me but that's just my openion

I see your point. I also prefer "A new day..." still. And it's not even the dancers... I like the fact that the focus is more on Celine now but I miss something, a story? a concept? I mean this second life of "Celine" is certainly better but still we have weird, incoherent parts... and especially awful interludes (Barnev #1, Barnev #2 doing funk :sick: )... AND had a better construction. It was smooth if you know what I mean. A soft yet magical and powerful beginning, showscase of hits, uptempo fun, ballads, duets, everything. And ALMOST everything was hers and songs were not that shortened as they are now.

I completely agree. AND was perfect, but I'm glad it stopped when it did. It was time to give it a rest, if that makes sense. It'd gone on enough. But I did love the show. I loved the theme. The guy in white's name was Elijah. I could see it being busy. I remember her going, in some interview, "in this one song, this guy is coming through the air on the piano, and not playing it..." I was like... Celine, okay then.lol but I did LOVE what they did with the MHWGO intro with the girl floating with the dress. Just classy! and yes. Revamped is AMAZING. "Age talking".... Ok, Sherri.

I'm glad it's finished too. Finished at the right moment and still at the top.

I don't know about anyone else but all I need is Celine singing and this show, more than any other in her career, is about simply that. Celine just comes in, sings her stuff and then leaves with the crowd wanting more.

There are no dancers, no acrobatics, no special effects in every single song. But what there is is a world class singer sounding the best she's ever sounded with passion, honesty and emotion like never before.

That, for me anyway, is enough.

I agree that having Celine singing is more than we can ask. And I don't need special effects. What I would prefer, though, is having Celine singing, as you said, HER stuff. That would be enough for me. I'm extremely happy we have IS, Imm, the medley but still there are too many covers. Of course, she sings them amazingly, there is no doubt about that. But I'd rather have full ANDHC, IA, TTWII (!), LTAL, FIY, TT, SLS, TCOML...... than Paginini, Prince songs, SOTR, wouldn't you? And the biggest sin of this show is, in my opinion, not having a French song of hers. Thus, this show is not enough for me but surely is a huge improvement.

One more thought, I love LOVE IS... But somehow I have a feeling that it might become another RDMH or ABM. ABM was the highlight during the tour, RDMH was the highlight of AND and still ok during the tour but they've lost their charm. IS still makes a huge impresson and gives shivers but for me during AND it had its moment and was the highlight of the show. She sounds amazing now but I miss something during the song, of course we have the curtain falling but the song is long, dramatic and has beautiful lyrics and there could be done something more about it. Don't know what though...

I am amazed that she can continue to sing while taking selfies and hugging people. I would get distracted and would forget the words and have to stop. She is truly amazing and loves her fans so much.

I really liked the nude dress aswell. I thought it looked glamorous and classy on Celine and it fit in with the old Hollywood kind of vibe that is still a part of the show.

I think Immortality is the fans' chance to be there for her the way we've always wanted. As someone said, those are emotional and intense lyrics, and if she wasn't able to fully, hands-on receive our love and support during that time, she could easily break down singing lyrics like that. I too would get so distracted and forget my lyrics, but somehow she does not. And although I cannot see it and could not get in on that when I was there, knowing how much she still loves us is absolutely amazing and refreshing. I am so glad to know that. <3

I just got back from LV. I went to the show three times. It is really good with few exceptions. Elvis interlude doesn't fit in my opinion. The biggest highlight is a jazz segment and Prince medley. MHWGO has a new life. But the real gem is at the very end. I spoke to few random people who are not fans and they all said it's the best version of Over The Rainbow they heard so far. I definitely agree. All in all Celine sounds amazing. It's difficult to notice any lip synching since her voice is in top shape. To be honest with you guys this show is well worth the trip to Vegas although I find this city very exhausting . Thank God I rented the car to escape for few days. I'm really amazed by the amount of people who travell from very far to see the show. I met one lady in her sixties who travelled from Brazil because it was her biggest dream to see Celine. On the other hand I did the same so it shouldn't really surprise me that much I saw few crazy people after the show waiting for Celine every night. It got to the point where she herself asked not to be approached by people who had already taken the picture the other night. I'm not surprised... One more thing, the show is so good that part of me think she shouldn't be in Vegas. I think she's too good to be there. I understand the whole idea and respect that but being ten days on Strip made me realise me how mad this place is. IMHO Celine is too classy for this.

I was curious to know where people are waiting for Celine after the show... does she not go underground to leave the venue?

It seems like Celine is being more open with her fans these days -- shaking hands and snapping photos during Immortality -- and not only doing the meetings before the shows but now she's even taking time before she drives away from the venue to meet more fans and take more photos.

To me, it seems like she's drawing strength from her fans. Which is a wonderful sign. My fear was that, as Rene's health declines, Celine would isolate herself and maybe look at her career/fans as an interference with her personal life. I was afraid she would be bitter that her career would keep taking her away from her family. But it seems as though she understands that we are here for her. And always will be.

After , watching the Video from Sept 29th, during ABM, she hits her chest (like she used to do), and I also miss her twerking during RDMH and yes that green dress needs to come back, she can really move around as much on stage

I am so glad she is letting us be there for us, I really echo what someone else said about fearing she would withdraw from us. I think she finally sees that we love her. She has always known that, but there's a big difference between knowing something in your brain and feeling it. I hope she is letting our love for her really soak all the way in. Also, I wanted to add that for me, Barnev has too many solos and the interludes didn't quite fit for me either.
