I would love for the acoustic section to be lengthened. After "Immortality," have the guitar players and singers join her and have her start by singing "some ballads I haven't sung in quite some time" and then launch into a medley of: "If You Asked Me To," "Nothing Broken But My Heart," and "Think Twice." Then, the ANDHC/TTWII/IA medley.

I would love to hear her sing TCOML, but I think it would be way too painful for her at this point...

Hmmm in my opinion the acoustic section shouldn't be touched unless they would perform ANDHC, TTWII or IA in full. I mean we all know that they will not add anything without cutting something. And in my opinion these three songs HAVE TO stay. On the other hand, though, I wouldn't mind if they create another medley of her songs. Your suggestions are awesome!

I'm also afraid that ANDHC/TTWII/IA medley might become another IACBTMN/TPOL or LCMM/RDMH medley in a sense that it'll remain in different setlist for a long time. On one hand, it'd be great because this section is the highlight of the show, the songs are great, the energy and the arrangements are great, but, on the other hand, it would mean that we wouldn't get a full version of any of these songs in the future.

I just hope that after the success of this section and response from the audience will make them realise how great these songs are and that it'd be beneficial to sing them in full (in general, not necessarily in the show) and to integrate as many Celine original songs as possible. This part of the new show is the best. Along with Immortality you can see how both Celine and the audience enjoy it. If only ABM wasn't after it... it's too heavy for this part in my opinion.

As for MHWGO, I think that everyone agrees that it's been brought back to life. The more she plays with it, the better. Totally in love :wub:

Just got my tickets for May and OMG on both nights, I'm on the aisle where Céline walks down. I might hyperventilate!

How did you manage to do so? I mean when I choose any section I never get the aisle seat Congrats of course!

The one outfit I do not understand is the silver dress with the slit. Singing the fast songs and then TSMGO in it seems a bit awkward and not well placed. I guess Celine loves the dress and that is why it is still featured so heavily in the show still. I wasn't a huge fan of the green style dress, but it was miles better than the silver one..especially for more uptempo rock style songs

Yeah, I hate it as well. Normally I don't care that much for the outfits but this time it really bugs. Especially now after watching videos from periscope. It looks so weird and ugly for LCMM/RDMH.

And I agree about TSMGO. And I would even add that the same goes for ABM. First we have very uptempo and happy songs and then heavy dramatic songs without transition and it doesn't work for me at least. Although TSMGO is great of course!

She changed up the last speech before Over the rainbow, a lot different here

Yeah, finally! It didn't feel scripted at all until she began saying things from the old speech which didn't fit at all.

i wanted to say the exact thing. After watching it on periscope it's the weirdest (apart from funk interlude) part of the show. She even makes a speech and introduces herself?! :wtf: She should sing it or get rid of it. The old video is just a stupid idea.

Definitely not. Every performance is different actually. And it's very noticeable.

That is the greatest song in the history of songs, in my opinion. I can listen to it over and over and have for 2 decades. I would crap myself and then die if she put this song in her show. Or in the very least go bankrupt going back every night. (I would consider a job transfer and move to Vegas.)

I don't understand it either. I've seen her in Vegas 4 times and each time I've sat by French speaking people too. Don't get why she doesn't include more of her own french songs.

I just got back from LV. I went to the show three times. It is really good with few exceptions. Elvis interlude doesn't fit in my opinion. The biggest highlight is a jazz segment and Prince medley. MHWGO has a new life. But the real gem is at the very end. I spoke to few random people who are not fans and they all said it's the best version of Over The Rainbow they heard so far. I definitely agree. All in all Celine sounds amazing. It's difficult to notice any lip synching since her voice is in top shape. To be honest with you guys this show is well worth the trip to Vegas although I find this city very exhausting . Thank God I rented the car to escape for few days. I'm really amazed by the amount of people who travell from very far to see the show. I met one lady in her sixties who travelled from Brazil because it was her biggest dream to see Celine. On the other hand I did the same so it shouldn't really surprise me that much

I saw few crazy people after the show waiting for Celine every night. It got to the point where she herself asked not to be approached by people who had already taken the picture the other night. I'm not surprised... One more thing, the show is so good that part of me think she shouldn't be in Vegas. I think she's too good to be there. I understand the whole idea and respect that but being ten days on Strip made me realise me how mad this place is. IMHO Celine is too classy for this.

Vegas is awful and doesn't appeal to everyone. I can only tolerate a day there.

This is why when I go to Vegas, I stay at Caesars and barely leave! Haha. Also, a few days is plenty. I'm going back in May and staying 4 nights which is the perfect amount of time. Any longer, and it's easy to go insane.

I would honestly love to see Céline bring this show to Broadway or an iconic NYC theatre like the Beacon for a short stint... Maybe 9 or 10 shows over the span of 2 weeks. NYC residencies are slowly becoming a "thing" with Billy Joel doing his residency at Madison Square Garden and Mariah's Christmas residency last year at the Beacon.

...I would also be there every night! Haha.

Oh my goodness I totally forgot to get ticket at 4pm UK time and just managed to book second row aisle seat to see Celine on 4th June, I'm so happy I could cry....

Is anyone else going on that date?

Oh 😢 I think the aisle seats would have gone already and it's hard to choose select seats, I chose the best option seat and that was it but it'll still be amazing it's just I've always wanted to meet her.
