I tweeted Dana Parish the writer of " Always be your Girl" & " Thankful"" , and she confirmed to me that she's working on 3 songs for Celine's new ENGLISH album and will send them to her soon. She told me that one she's currently working on is written especially about the loss of Renè.

The fact that she's writing songs for Celine's new English album doesn't mean they'll be included, she has to offer them to TeamCeline and they have to be accepted and recorded!

Hmmm……… the words aren't the best, but the melody and composition is very loving and has a beautiful feel to it. I like the song, I'd say Didnt Know Love is vomit-inducing.

An English album was mentioned for 2017 anyway, so Spring or Fall doesn't matter...

 

Besides D'Elles was released in May and TC in november. With her team you never know.

Meh... The songwriting of ABYG is pretty bad. I hope she has evolved as a songwriter and gives Celine something as good as Thankful.

I agree. I love the song and I find the verses to be more interesting. However, the lyrics of the chorus are pretty generic and bland.

I think she will sing 2 songs max. If she goes to perform 3 songs or more I will be very surprised.

I couldn't disagree more.

I love the song very much. Actually it's one of my favourite tracks of the entire album. The stripped down production is wonderful. It reminds me of some of her older songs.

I also think it's powerful in its own way.

Ι have come to terms with this: The French album will be released in November 2016 and the English one in November 2017.

 

Once they said ''Fall'' for the French album every other thought/hope I had vanished.
