Does anyone know how to get mp3 of this?

They claim this MHWGO video is from Phoenix, when she was ill, becuase her voice was shaky on the high notes. He/She is the one that makes people wonder whether Celine sings live or not. I mean, if I was just a mild Celine fan and I saw a video like that, I would immediately start wondering and questioning. We know that Celine still sings 80 - 90% live (depending on whether it is an English or French show), but the mild Celine fan does not, so he/she would immediately start wondering if Celine lips everything.
