I asked WestVoice for doing new video with Celine's vocal range. He said he'll do it but it'll be LIVE vocal range video . I also asked him about note from beginning of RDMH. He said it was Bb5 in chest, while treatjones said it was G5 in mixed before Bb5 exclamation in head . If you know any other great low, belted or head notes, please post it in this topic and maybe they will be used in the video with Celine's vocal range. Unfortunataly, it won't contain C#6 from THLAL and Bb2 from New Dawn because they are studio notes. And it will be poor in temrs of low notes as Celine didn't hit many low notes live I think her lowest live note would be D3 (?) from TPOL from Las Vegas DVD.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oUXNEMOs0lE - This is awfull video with Celine's range. It has many wrong keys of notes. But it contains high note from DUAM from Star Academy. For my ear it is at least C6 but it can be C#6. We have her studio C#6 (THLAL), it would be live C#6 2:22-2:27

 

Tyler - Video is great but I don't undarstand why you add numbers 29 and 31. 31 isn't that great note in head voice, you should use B5 from Dans un autre Monde instead. But I'm glad to see The Reason, IACBTMN and BATB. And Today Show is for sure technically the best ABM note but the previous one you used was more powerfull, IMO. Oh, and you change IYAMT for Today Show. The note is higher and better, but quality is worse than previous one you used. And it's good you changed Junos TPOL for another TPOL note, because the one from Junos was very loud in comparision to other notes. Maybe next video with notes "is a light year aweeeeeey, cause I'm yout laaaaaaady" or "don't wanna live by myself anymore by myself anymooooooore"?

I already did an ABM video months ago.

 

I like the notes for #29 and #31. They may not be as powerful or amazing as a few of the others, but they belong in a LIVE compilation video a hell of a lot more then all the lipped notes most people include in the LIVE compilation videos (it's amazing how many people use the lipped oh's in TLYM and things of that such).

 

The TONIGHT Show version of IYAMT is better then the R&KL version, which is why I swapped it out. The quality worsened a little bit because the volume on the Tonight Show performance was so low, so I had to raise it up a bit (and that screws up the quality unfortunately).

 

And yeah, I'm not sure if I'm going to stick with that version of the light years away, cause i'm your lady note or not for the final version of the video (which will be completed after the DVD is out when I can add in the Alone high note, IAMW high notes, and RDMH high notes). But I'll probably stick with it.

 

I'll take a look at the DUAM notes for the next video. I don't know much about her French songs (which is why I only had one french glory note in there, lol). So I'd appreciate it if people could alert me of some good quality French live performances with big notes. I'm tempted to throw in the entire performance of LBDB from D'eux Tour, lol.

You did video with ABM note "anymooooooore". I meant video with ending note of ABM - "don't wanna be by myself anymore by myself anymoooooore". It would be interesting because the ending note was live during TC Tour and we have some good quality videos with it. So in the video would be notes from FIY era (with the biggest one from Australia), two from LTAL era and few from TC era. I know you will only do video with notes which have differences and only with using high quality videos. ABM ending note video fulfil requirements. You could also do BYLM high note or TPOL "is a light years awaaay, cause I'm your laaaady"...

I sent huge list of notes to WestVoice for his video with Celine's live vocal range. After checking my list her live range would be C#3-C#6 but he found Celine's whistle register Unfortunatly it wasn't note but exclamation in live performance of song Knock On Wood but still I think it's part of her range. He also find Celine's B5 and C6 (!!) in chest/mixed voice in Twist And Shout from Memphis. Not only I can't believe it's C6 but for me it isn't a note but a scream. Still, he thinks it could be counted as part of her range . To be honest, I would count E6 exclamation but not those sreams from TAS. Someone has found Celine's "squaek" from early years. It happaned when she saw her family. Can finder of the squaek post it again? Because I can't find it.

The D5 IS note may be lipped, but she belted D5 in the song Imagine (and others I assume, but that's the only one I know off the top of my head).

Wow, looks like Aqui90cd might have actually posted a legit video for once. Normally, he overdubs audio of TC Bootlegs with LTAL Bootlegs and claims it's a new live performance of ABM! *eyeroll*

 

But this appears to be the same in these two parts, so I think it is Phoenix show.

I don't think it is from the Phoenix show. Three reasons:

 

- In the video he posted her hand is open when she hits the big note, while in the Star Academy clip her hand is close when she hits the big note.

 

- The end notes also sound different to me. In the Star Academy video her voice is a bit more scratchy (which is understandable, considering she had a sore throat), while in his video the last note sounds smoother to me. (but the sound quality is bad so I try not to compare them by what I hear).

 

- Everyone was looking for a video on YouTube when the Star Academy clip of ABM was shown and nobody could find one. So where does this video all of a sudden come from?

Yeah, I agree with all that. I guess that performance was from around that time then, because both of those notes sounded a bit bad. :/

Also, during the Phoenix show, remember there was the double "Anymore" for the big note. And in the video he posted, I was listening really closely but I could only hear the playback "Anymore."

Me neither. I think that double ''anymore'' that people claim they hear is because of the bad sound quality of the video. It's some sound glitch or something... If you watch the video in good quality you don't hear it.
