This is a video I took from my front row seat in Omaha of Celine singing part of I'm your Angel.

She was right in front of me! So stunning - HQ too.

 

It's not very long I'm afraid! As you will see my hands were literally shaking!!

I'm warning you now not to take much of what that user posts into any seriousness. He is absolutely obsessed with making people think the whole show is live. So far he has overdubbed performances of IDAN, ABM (three times so far), and TPOL with actual live performances.

 

In the ABM video, it seems around the 7-8 mark of the note (compared to the playback version), he has cut that out and replaced it with something in the first 6 seconds, to make it seem like she held that tone longer. I'm not 100% sure on this, but it sounds like that. Take a look yourself.

 

The only 100% version of that note from the tour, is on the video I posted on my channel in the past (which you recently commented). It was for the very first show (a charity/benefit/special show). So I wonder if she PLANNED to sing the song live for the whole tour, and after that decided it was too much and would prefer to lip sync OR if she only sung that live because it was a special show. Seeing how TPOL (among others) were still lipped, I'd say the first is more likely.

Oh yeah, and what a performance too! I love the song and my god did she sang it beautifully! Reminded me once again why Céline is simply the best there is (though of course you don't need to be reminded about that :D).. :in_love:

In the first one, i'm not sure what she says at .32 but then she says, "I don't know what they have said for so many years, but i'm here? dont worry don't worry". I'm not sure if the i'm here is right, but thats what it sounds like..

as for the second one, i have no idea. Lol

sounds like she says " one wish.. then it actually kinda sounds like she goes into french. Lol but i'm not sure, its too quite, and shes talking too fast for me to know. haha sorry.

It is from Quebec's Star Academy (March 2009). I can't remember the girl's name. By the way, anybody knows if this will still be uploaded at some point?

I've uploaded " To Love You More with Taro"Video on Youtube.

I'm very happy to enjoy it.

This is shooted at Japanese TV Program name of "MusicFair" in 1997.

At this time,She was in Japan for Falling into you Japan Tour.

So this program was shooted.

I think it's very beautiful video!!!

Scramasboy, can you check notes from this performance? They are heavily mixed belts or we finally have Celine singing in whistle register :).

what are you clips from with her having short hair - in black and white??

Could be Je Sais Pas, Call The Man or Next Plane Out. All 3 vids use more or less the same footage. Cheap Sony at it's best! :giggle:
