I just can't believe y'all pooled $12,000 for these. I wonder how many of those same people are the ones who complain about how much a ticket to her show costs. I'd really like to know how many people who put forth money for these illegal, unreleased songs were the same people who crucified the users who listened to the leaked Courage tracks. As for the tracks themselves, Is This What I Get For Loving You doesn't do anything for me. It reminds me of Just Walk Away, a song I'd heard so much about and when I finally got a copy of the album it was on, I was unimpressed. Tonight I'll See The Morning With Him is more my jam. Her layered vocals on that are really lovely. Like ITWIGFLY it goes on a bit too long for me. What Am I To Do - It says it's just a demo so I feel like I can't really critique it. The song is good enough. Sounds like album filler. But we all know she can take album filler songs and do crazy vocals that elevate them. I'm curious as to what it would have sounded like when complete. But, from what was released, I wouldn't go out of my way to hear a finished version. The quality of them all sound like they're from a handheld cassette player so maybe, if remastered and fully complete, maybe I'd feel differently about them but, now that I've heard them, I'm left with: meh Quote
