But yes, 1998 was very good for her. I think it's really whether or not she has vocal rest. But she admitted sometime she hits the note better times technically than others. She is human!

Her voice was certainly amazing in the early 90s but I highly doubt she could have sustained that F5 the way she (only just) managed in 1995. It would have been easier from 1998 onwards as her technique got more adapted to that area of her range and upper belts became a breeze for her.
