Oohh yeah!!!

I want it to be full of chocolate! :)

I wish she does this album the same way she's done her fashion this summer - go all the way in any wacky direction but really go for it!

Not take one step in this musical direction, thinking about going another way but never really daring to take the step fully, put in a bunch of fillers which are "safe" but says absolutely nothing and we end up with just another one like any of her latest English albums....

If she goes Sia, go Sia with more than ONE track. Don't go choclate for the first single and let the rest of the album taste like sallad....

She should release it in march, do the promo before vegas, a mini tour and promo about the album in the summer and promote it in november so that means 1-2-3 singles minimum! I'm also tired of the november release that get lost with alllll the other releases AND the radio playing christmas song so the album have like 2 days to shine lol

Let it shine all the year with more than 1 single!

Keep it alive : dont kill the album in november with only 1 single!

I couldn't agree more.

The reality with the LMBTL album (and the lead single) was that it just wasn't very good. I never, and I mean NEVER, listen to that album.

The vocals on the song LMBTL aren't her best but I really enjoyed the album. It was something new and a bit different and having been to the Vegas show a few times before LMBTL was released I didn't even mind the covers that much.

I think the issue with the album (even though I do enjoy most of it) is they took 2 concepts and mashed it together. I LOVE the album up to Breakaway then I find it looses steam until it hits a brick wall at Overjoyed and the just doesn't recover. It's a shame as with the time it took to put the album together they could have have gotten so much better. What I am interested in seeing is that this will be the first album where Rene is no longer with us. Are we going to keep seeing the snoozefest songs or is it going to look more modern. There's lots of potential for the upcoming album to be great and I hope they realise how much everyone will be looking at this album once it comes out.

The only cover that I feel should have been on LMBTL was "At Seventeen."

The problem with the LMBTL album is that they tried to mix two worlds that are totally different and clash together: part of it is a new album recorded in the studio, and another part of it is just songs that were precisely and solely conceived to be performed on a live show in Vegas (At Seventeen, Overjoyed, Open Arms, Lullabye, How Do You Keep The Music Playing).

When you try to mix and force (because they insisted in keeping both worlds together even when they knew from the start that it wasn't working) two worlds that don't come along and have nothing to do one with each other, from the origins and from the start of each world, it happens what happened with LMBTL: an album that it looks like two different albums, nice to listen if you consider both worlds separately; unbearable to play if you try to consider this as a whole package/album -_-

Hope they learnt not to mix what she wants to sing in Vegas with the time when she enters the recording studio to do a new album from scratch, and not shaped in advance at the mercy of Vegas, which is what LMBTL was.

One fine day we may hear that gem. It must be locked up together with the Phil Spector songs :)

One thing is clear to me--whenever she does her promo, it can't be her usually lagging efforts i.e. morning news and talk shows!!!

Honestly, what artists nowadays that people want to hear from go on The Today Show as their star promo appearance to push an album drop? We need Jimmy Fallon prime time, Stephen Colbert, Graham Norton, Beats 1 Radio, James Corden carpool, etc!!!!!! Honestly. Just ask yourselves, where would you expect to tune in to see Adele promoting her latest project?

To be frank, I feel this kind of approach will matter much more for sales than which month she chooses.

I understand all the secrecy regarding this new album. But I would love to now how many songs Celine already recorded...

Is it flowing artistically or it stoped because she's searching for a new sound???

I need an incredible brand-new album. I expect her best English work ever. ;)

I always know when I'm in need of a new album from Celine. I start deleting songs from my iPod lol. Still got at least 8 of EUS on there - but from LMBTL only 3 or so 😂 Celine we need a new English album 👍😊😀😍

I knew your methods of listening Céline's albums were weird (you said you never listen them in full), but now I confirm it     :giggle:

I used to be the same way. I'd skip to songs I knew or had heard several times and only listen to those. Then one day for some reason an entire album played and I found the error of my ways and never looked back. I'm just happy I learnt that early on.

I remember I had FIY and didn't like the first few beats of ITWIT so didn't listen to it for years until one day I did by accident and I cried I loved it so much, realised there was a French version and PQTME became my favourite song in the world, ever, and I discovered and bought and obviously love her French material in its entirety too.

Thank you- I'll take that as a compliment! 😀

Not just Celine, I'm like it with all my albums. Just comes down to what song I feel like listening to rather than what album. Makes sense to me 🤣

But just to say, I do listen to albums in full but only when I first get them. After a few weeks I know what I like etc 😁

How weird... I did exactly that! Exactly!

I remember my dad got the FIY CD and I hated the album and only listened to it once (while I totally loved TCOML; the cassette was my first Céline album). Years later I tried again and I loved it...lol (it's my fav album)

Me... I don't have a complain in LMBTL Album.. It's just that i hope she'll have a producer that stays with her.. so her voice will be the same or maybe she should learn how to do it. Her voice is sometimes different in some of her albums because of different producers. I think her old producers knows her voice well like JJG (Encore Un Soir - her voice there is so well produced.. her voice blends with the music). She should stick with them. Edited by jpatdeleon09

I wish JJG would produce and write for her on the next English album. I know he won't do that since he's retired and was even a bit reluctant to write EUS but I'd love if that would happen
