Same lol.... but she's pronouncing it more like "Beybèèèè" lol

I may be in the minority but today “I will be stronger” is one of my favorites! To me it’s also one of the “most Celine songs” on the album.

Me too!! It reminds me of 90’s Celine. It’s classic yet it’s got that modern touch. I think the chorus is simply gorgeous!

Giving the album finally a first listen! I am at Change My Mind now and must say the album untill now is amazing!

It was a missed opportunity, I think they could not fit celine to perform at AMA 2019, I was looking and it seems that the performance grid is already closed.

It's a shame, I wanted to see celine in this awards, was a good for the dissemination of the album.

Guys I just remembered something about Celine videoclips,we forgot how beautiful her videos for her all the way a decade of songs album ,I mean all of them were very beautiful and kind of new in terms of technique or directing also Celine looked great and she was not only standing but she was doing stuff like walking on the beach or driving,we have to praise these era of videos really .the videos are I want u to need me,then you look at me ,live ,that’s the way it is and if walls could talk.they could really fit so much with videos from nowadays she also looked flawless in all of them ,just wanted to share with u ,oh I miss her so much during that time she was young and natural,I mean she’s still great but I just miss something about old Celine and before life needed her to be putting a strong face all time because she has to after René

"From the cocoon of the oft-derided kitschy pop belter of old, Dion in her early 50s has sprung forth as a flamboyantly winged icon of both haute couture and just plain human existence.

For me, all of this has been simultaneously a consummation devoutly to be wished and an awkward surprise, as someone who about a decade ago wrote a book centering on Dion as the paradigm of pop-culture figures who are at once immensely beloved by masses of people and scorned by the taste-making few—including, at first, I admitted, me. Wilson’s closing statement is spot-on. The more I listen, the more I agree that this album is far from perfect...

 

If the tracklist was closer to the 10-12 mark, I think it could have been better. But ALL of the songs are excellent. I think several of the songs would have completed LMBTL, and another few would have made for a great follow-up to Courage. It’s messy in that sense, but what makes it “perfect” is that it’s proof she’s moving ahead in the right direction as she curates the chosen material. In fact, I’m even more excited about what the next few albums will sound like, as this one will surely attract even more talented songwriters who want to get on board, and as Céline’s taste / direction evolves even further.

Change My Mind is so uplifting and I think it’s a solid addition to her line up! I love the chorus, strangely I think the “make me drunk on you again, turn back time” is rather cool! Quirky but cool.

I think the album actually flows so nicely. None of her English records have had a no-skip flow for me since FIY.

Had a few listens now, and I'm really loving it! I couldn't put my finger on it until just now, but Boundaries is giving me some Imogen Heap vibes and I'm living for it. I think my favorites are, in no particular order: Courage, Imperfections, Change My Mind, The Chase, Baby, Perfect Goodbye, Heart of Glass and Boundaries. I gotta say, I don't know if I liked this many songs on one of her albums before!

Great read & review! I love his statement "And she can swear on her f*cking album if she wants to."

 

But I'm surprised he reviewed the regular edition and even included the link to Amazon's 16-track edition.
