And The Hard Way definitely needs to be released as a single with a bombastic and colorful video. (One can only dream)

The results are pretty much already determined and in some more days there may be

a small change in chart position to here or there. Promoting the album during one week won't make the big

difference, and she has this small adv' of the bundle, pre album orders and the good sells

on amazon and other sites. From now and on it also depent on how well others will or won't do with selling.

 

She promoted the hell out of LMBTL, and it didn't make a big difference.

 

Imo there isn't these 1 or 2 songs that can go and turn into a decent hit in serval countries

A good album promotes itself, since people will share it more and talk about it more and etc.

It is the when the why the how - she kind of slurs when and why together. Whether or how wouldnt make sense IMO.

I listened more carefully and you're right, she swallows it like it was a Sia lyric. :laugh:

Too bad, 'the whether or the how' had more poetry = it increased the incredulity. It was kinda questioning the possibility of an alternate reality, a place of hope. Like a supplication.

And it is way less used in pop songs.

 

I guess they should call me to rewrite her songs from now on to add poetry. :laugh:

Like Jean-Jacques is supposed to have for D'elles...

Soul is so "balkan-pop-like". It has a Eurovision vibe to it alright ^^

Oh, I don't know, I am still missing 5 songs but overall this ablum does not really reach me.

To me it feels kind of slow, too "souly".

I really hope it will grow on me. I mean there are some songs that I love but also so many booooring ones.

But they never release the best songs anyway... 😆

I'm obsessed with the climax in Heart of Glass, especially the vocals in the background :spaz: :in_love:

I wish I knew how to separate that layer of sound from the other layers with some kind of software.

It's a bit useless to express some disapointment toward the promo, like if it was a surprise. And not even speaking about some members expressing the urge for promo like if it was an order, with the fear of not being one.

 

I know the promo was always scheduled at this time but not only it was shortned but she was also sick one month ago and should really be carefull. That's the best we can get in this context I guess.

 

This tour just should have begun in february for her to have time to make some quality promotion, work on some live interpretations, present her work properly. If she wanted to of course. That's it.

I think it's more important to have more promo on week 2 than on week 1 because of the tour bundle. This way the album won't drop as much. But it will, be prepared. :D

What is more striking is that FOMO is charting quite higher than Imperfections in that country:
