Before they announced the winner, however...the moment we were all really waiting for came. Celine was in the house! She looked wonderful, and she was so excited to be there with all of us. It was midnight and the album had just dropped and she was so giddy. She talked for a couple of minutes and then she left the stage. One of the drag queens was actually supposed to come up and do a lip sync to FOMO after that, but at the very last second backstage, Celine said she couldn’t just leave and not sing for/with us. She asked to do “Flying On My Own” and the drag queen of course was like “girl, go do you!” So, Celine came back out. It was super spontaneous and fun. It was a fabulous bonus for an already wonderful night. She couldn’t really hear the music at first, but the crowd got her caught up. She was super interactive with the crowd, and it was apparent that she wanted to save her voice. That being said, I am thankful that she did anything at all. It was truly a magical evening.

 

Wow, she really made that decision on the spot? That she's just going to go out there and sing? (I mean, I use that term loosely because she really just pointed the mike at us most times and had us sing!) Pretty cool to know that not everything in her world - especially when it comes to marketing - is pre-planned by armies of people, that she really does get to be spontaneous and call the shots.

 

And she really was super giddy, wasn't she. I think it had a lot to do with what she's said in a few interviews recently, about how happy she is to see so many "kids" at her shows - I mean, most of the crowd there was in their mid-20s to mid-30s, I'd say, and probably younger than the average at her concerts. And she clearly loves that and feeds off of the energy in a setting like that.

Soul: this so should have been on the global albums. What a damn good song. Its better than Flying on My Own. Would have been a great dance song in the middle of the album

Can anyone here complete the Review Scores of Courage albums on Wikipedia, please?

 

With so many favorable reviews it seems to me that they only posted the worst ... 2,5 and 3 * ??? Here I've seen review links with 4 and even 4.5 *.

 

And if possible, can anyone update the number of albums sold by Celine on her Wikipedia page? There are already 250 million.

I'm still digesting and processing this album. Each song sounds so heavy emotionally. I can't even say if I love it or hate it yet. I feel like all the songs might be growers for me. Immediately loved her vocals in boundaries and don't feel the love for perfect goodbye yet. My favorite song is still Courage. Back to listening!

What was The Hard Way (one her her hardest songs to date) and Change My Mind (with two high, high sustained belts) not enough in terms of “full sustained high notes” sorry to say but, she isnt getting any younger

Yes both are confirmed: SING and BELIEBER. Based on the booklet and the lyrics on Youtube.

I don't know with the booklet since I got the deluxe item, but I don't trust the lyrics they add on Youtube description.

They say she sings 'the when, the why, the how' when she clearly doesn't!

More like 'the wether or the how'

Great! LND deserves to be very popular (others do too though). I’m so glad that PG doesn’t seem very popular. I really hope it won’t be a single and won’t be performed.
