I love the new photos but wish they hadn't had this insane amount of Photoshop.

She needs to embrace her age, she is beautiful!

Particularly given she’s out there with a song like Imperfections...

 

Anyway, I sure hope she does more in terms of promo than these tacky E! and Bravo shows.

It’s a very gossipy show, that usually takes phone calls from viewers.

We might finally ask her if she will ever release the Phil Spector songs!!!!! :w00t: :clap: And why she doesn't release more footage for her fans! And why there is no booklet with lyric for the Deluxe version!! :P

That sounds like any of her post millennium hiatus albums. Wonderful qoute. Hope it doesn't describe the album acurrately however!

 

 

The critic of USA today said that Dion threw everything on the wall to see what sticks. Well... not that positive, is it?

Well she has been doing this PS like forever, but yep now she deliver other messages

and quite contradict herself with that.

PS ruins the authenticity of her photos, the videos that came out from her fashion shows in Paris last time

and some HD from those recent shows, showed how lovely she look without all this PS mess.

 

I'm not sure what was the Bravo shows? I hardly distinct between all those shows

there was E Canada and etc.

 

I love as well the way this promotion goes, and she is trying new "atmosphere" talk shows (The Andy Cohen show)

that can show more sides of her, not just the typical boring ones like "Ellen",

where one can actually perdict Celine answers. Those never worked well.

Huh? Didn't read the all thing but this sounds like they tried badly to bash her album, the songs of the album quite work well together (Leaving FOMO aside).

That is so inaccurate. This album is her most cohesive album in a long time, probably EVER at least in English.

Yea sure of course. Plus we fans wants as many tracks as possible. But for a non fan who is trying to get an overall impression maybe it is too long and could be seen as if Céline/Sony tries too hard to please everyone assuring there must be "at least one track for all". That could come off as being a bit insecure.

 

But for us fans 20 tracks is superb!!! :clap:

 

It seems that those critics who find the album too long actually forget that since the CD had been introduced they have been able to skip any track they want on a record...Do they know streaming is getting a bigger part of music business every year now? I can't understand a comment like "it's too long".

 

Even though they don't like every single on this record (they are not expected to do so either) they should congratulate Céline and her team to offer such a generous piece of brand new material. If they do think the album would have been much better with 10 or 12 songs then nobody prevents them from skipping the 4 or 6 tracks they don't need.

 

Sometimes it feels like someone has to find some negative (or less positive) comment to write...about Céline's work or anyone else's.

Nahh the reviewers probably had to listen to each track and got bored. They probably aren’t fans. If I had to listen to 20-tracks from Cardi B for my job, I’d need to have a few drinks!

I really like her nodding to her "back catalouge" like this. :)

 

Would be swell if she adopted that attitude on the tour aswell.

 

Seeing all these new pictures she definitely looked at her back catalogue of photoshoots haha
