I'm interested to see what she does with Andy Cohen! I love him but his show is well, rather out there, so it will be so interesting to see what she says in the show! I can't say I expected it at all!

The critic of USA today said that Dion threw everything on the wall to see what sticks. Well... not that positive, is it?

 

Well, in this case it seems quite apt, and I expect to see more reviews saying more or less the same thing.

 

I haven't heard the album yet, but clearly it a) has a lot of disparate content on it, b ) they're not shying away from the fact (the Sony-supplied press blurb calls it "eclectic"), and c) judging by the reactions by both fans and critics, there seems to be something for everybody. Someone's "best song" is someone else's "worst song", and that seems to be the case with this album more so than any other.

And I think that was the point.

 

She's clearly experimenting, and think she needed to do that (both personally and professionally). There's nothing wrong with that if you embrace it as such. Clearly you're not going to end up with an album like D'eux, but that's OK, too.

 

So while "throwing s**t at the wall and seeing what sticks" is generally a sign of indecisiveness and lack of direction, I think in this case it's both understandable and welcome.

Rather than "a lot of disparate content" I think it's just that maybe 3-4 feel very out there compared to everything else. I'd say nearly all of the album fits into a certain mood while the sound of some songs is very different but it's like how Flying On My Own sticks out like a sore thumb.

 

Do you all think that the CDJAPAN will end up on EBAY or amazon ,

Says right there that it's tomorrow.

Could it mean anything that he tagged it with #TV and #Film? No mention of music video. I mean so far most of her music videos are in stages not location, but it would be great to see a video with somewhat high production and a decent budget.

I think no more music videos, she already shot lying down ,so that’s usually the number of music videos that Sony let her shoot ,Remember Tc was the only music video shot for the album

I was shocked too. 90% of all the celebrities nowadays have done the show. Céline is one of the major holdouts...

 

I am so fascinated because Andy is very adult interviewer..direct, no fluff...we will have to see how Céline responds.

It appears as though Celine's Courage album cover is slightly different in these early release pics that have been posted so far of Celine's CD in Walmart? The cover picture itself is the same, but it's closer and not showing her legs at all. It just shows her from the waist up. I guess the official cover is going to be slightly different and we won't be getting the full shot? I am thinking that is just because it's the Standard Edition and we will get the full picture in the Deluxe Edition? Hmmm.

Actually, Eyes On Me MV were already shot and they cancelled it... i forgot the reason.. someone here in this forum knows the reason of it

I dont like her suntan (las vegas natural sun or fake one?), I miss her brown haired color too & I might suspect she did the photoshoot before the tragical events that she’d been through in 2016.

Cause if you see her skin perfection on her face & chest on those pics comparing to fashion weeks in Paris & met gala 2019... its BIG!
