It's hard to go back to the normal rate after getting used to it. The one who discoverd this did a great find!

 

Hmmmm actually went and tried to hear at this speed rate, the chorus sounds even cooler!

So, as many radio stations around the world are playing "Imperfections", can we consider it as the lead single from the "Courage" album ? 😏😍

The speed rate followed for some reason when I went to listen to Courage. It sounds very good for the melody and the music but her wonderful phrasing and way of singing gets lost, so original version it is.

2.0 is really great coz you get it over and done with pretty fast . Besides her voice getting chipmunked it becomes a true Eurovision track feat some sort of heavy methal. Try it!

“Lying Down” is okay. “Imperfections” is a great pop song, and very radio-friendly. “Courage” choked me up. It’s a great start.

By the way I find in a way a perfect match between FOMO and Imprefctions, I guess it's because of the nice verses

and the groove both songs have.

Imo Imperfections has good chances to do better on charts. We'll see.

 

I hope this is the single that will be played on radio stations over here.

I thought I will see something about her new songs on local media here today

but until now nothing. I hope they won't wait to publish about it only when Nov comes.

Now I’m obsessed with imperfections... I listened a few times and it’s stuck in my head!!! Ugh, this wait till November is LONG! But I know it will so be worth it I have to say, her voice is amazing!!! I knew she still had it but like, wow!

That techno stuff is for me the best part of this production.... the rest though is just a mess of noises. It starts of well inthe beginning but when it "builds up" it's just cheap, dated and everything thrown in there at once.

i could listen to imperfections all day. it is such an easy listening type of song. it just flows.

Despite what I think of the tracks we got today this EP must be her most cohesive work ever!

 

Not in style of course. But in theme. All songs have self-empowerment as their theme. Even though I would love to hear PLLAL it wouldn't fit that theme.

 

This is unique for Céline (except maybe that maxi single with all movie hits in th 90ies - there was one right or do I remember wrong?)

“Lying Down” like I said earlier, was much better than what I expected from the snippet we heard in CPK, I still think it’s the weakest of the three by far....

 

“Courage” is timeless and I adore “Imperfections” so modern and beautiful!

 

I’m hoping her live version of LD will improve the song even more...

The more I listened to courage.... The more it touches me and it reminded me of Never Enough, which I wanted Celine to record it instead of Loren Allred.

 

The orchestra made courage very powerful and emotional.
