Celine not always holding notes, and "speaking" the songs as well, then?

Lana has huge worldwide hits.

 

She can bring interesting tunes to Celine, unlike Sia, the boring screamer.

 

Just imagine this song in the voice of Celine.

Sia is way more than you think. Maybe you know it but before fully going into maintream urban pop/dance, Sia was already quite big in the Indie, folk scene. Just search on youtube, her art and talent is very versatil and big. Unfortunatly yes, she diluted a bit her art by producing so many songs, for so many artists. But she is really talented and is way way more than the predictable hit fabric she undortunatly tends to become. Her sound is still very current and most of all, Celine absolutly love her and I can understand it as her strengh and sound can totally relate to celine vocals.

 

That being said, Lana is actually the best thing that could happen to Celine. Celine needs some Lana, her atmosphere, universe, way of singing, lyrics and vocals, everything from Lana would be good to Celine and would complete her. Celine in Lana's universe would be the best thing that could happen. She is already one of the most iconic singer out there in only what ? 6 years ? So beautifully haunting, every song is an experience.

 

That will never happen :-D

I love Lana with my whole heart. I've bought every single one of her albums and I'll probably buy her poetry book (if she ever decides to release it.....) I'd like a collab but Lana's music is literally about sugar daddies and drugs and sex and I fail to see what new she could bring to Celine. I do see the similarities between Sia and Celine though; both big voices,songs that require vocal ability, they both lost someone and gone trough dark times but managed to raise and stand on their feet and maybe that's how Celine relates to her?

 

Edit: Someone posted young and beautiful for example. How would that be something that relates to Celine in any way?

If she'd ought to collab with some current artists I would love something like Harry Styles and Sign of the Times... Or Lana Del Rey (if she's still current 😂) and Maroon 5.

 

What has Jonas Bros done that reached anywhere far?

 

The only artist(s) on that list that I would like Céline to collaborate with would be Maroon 5. All the others don’t seem quite right for her.

I would also like Céline to have more collaborations, especially with current artists. However, I would hate if she would collaborate with some trashy “artist” like Cardi B, Billie Eilish, Demi Lovato or even Ariana Grande. None of them have that well disciplined, humble, hard working, “well behaved” attitude like Céline. Maybe only Ariana.
The best is yet to come...

Where are the updates, with the tour starting in 2 weeks and the album projected in around 2 months... we can’t even get a social media post of a recording studio pic or a tour rehearsals pic??? :hmm: :rolleyes:

 

But it’s okay, at least they give us those hideous Celinenunu clothing posts!

Hmmm, I wonder why it takes them so long to determine the date of the album release?

 

Will she suddenly release it without prior notice and therefore we don't get a release date?

 

Are they are waiting to see what other releases from other artists are planned in November in order to find the best date ?

 

Is there a collaboration with another singer whose album will be released at the same time and whose release date has not yet been decided? So does the team have to wait for the other singers team? Aldele and Sia are rumored to release their new albums this year as well. That would make sene if the next single was a duet with Sia.

 

What is the reason for the secrecy?

 

I hope it is something mentioned above and not that her team has no clue what to do.

Finally some news!

I hope we'll get a preview of the first official single and the album's release date. If November is the month I expect an early November release. :)
