Only upsetting thing about the booklet is that there are no lyrics. There are some amazing pictures and lyric sheets in there though.

The lyrics don't bother me so much since they're included on the cd's but I was hoping for some awesome pictures!! Glad they included those!

Omg the Vinyl booklet is GORGEOUS! Just got home and actually looked at it. I love the lyric sheets with the writing and drinks coffee stains

And the booklet cover..beautiful. It's shiny! About to try and load up a few pictures!

I've already on my 2nd listen... I honestly thought I had died and gone to heaven when I heard Somebody Loves Somebody. First impression... the album starts like a lion or tiger and then gets tame towards the end. That being said I'm sure it will grow on me. I wasn't sure what to expect from this album which is probably why I'm not sure what to think of it. If it's anything like Sans Attendre, which I didn't know what to make of either when I first for it, the album will grow big time on me. Sans Attendre is one of my favorites.

Just got home, turned on the CD, and read the booklet! I must say, this is her best "thank you" message ever.

I was disappointed with the esthetiques of the CD booklet UNTIL

I opened the LP. IT'S GORGEOUS. Many more photos, nice quality. It was like opening a tour book.

The CD is precious in the minijacket!

 

I am THRILLED! Now time to listen!

I've got it too!!! Finally, this evening! After looking for it in two big department stores and one small music store in the morning without success (either it had not arrived or they had no idea about this album ), I thought to give it another try in the late evening in another store in the city centre. And bingo! Just when I was going straight to the music department, the salesman was placing some copies of the album in the shelves in front of my nose. Exactly 5 copies Isn't that Celine power? Had I arrived 5 minutes earlier, and I would have left the store without success again. But I tell you, it seems the album had just arrived because the clerk was putting the CDs in the shelves the moment I arrived

I can't take any good pictures becuase it is dark already and my energy saving light bulbs are SUCKY! Plus I only have my phone camera. Anyways it is LOVELY!

Can you tell me if the Vinyl+CD edition contain the postcards that are there in the Deluxe CD edition? If yes, I'll be ordering that edition.

Oh and BTW, my mom was trying to school me on some Celine Dion when I was playing the CD...

I had to FIGHT to control my inner fan girl facts haha!

And I told her about her being on Dr Oz and how random that was, but they would be talking about infertility and what not. She then said "Oh yea, because she had trouble having babies. I personally think it was the old man." And she said that all secretive like.

Y'all I about DIED!!!! She was a total goof today!

All in all her reaction was good up until 'Thank You' (she said it was putting her in a sad mood) which is pretty good since she listens to Classic Rock lol!

Well after a quick trip to my local Target....What a let down......... No displays, nada! The shelves were in this order, top to bottom, Eminem then Celine then Avril

So I proudly "rearranged" them in the proper order! Look for me on the local news!

I wanted to make a vídeo of me doing that at FNAC this morning, but I would have needed a hammer, Pledge, Swiffer, Windex, and a lot of cleaning supplies.

 

I got so envious when I saw Chin's marvelous pics. That's what I call amazing promo... and not just that: the intention of making an effort with creativity and dedication.

I will go thrift shopping...there has to be one someone around here!! A girl on my facebook found one months ago from a thrift shop around here for her Frank Sinatra records.

I guess they didn't make a special booklet for the Deluxe Edition, at least here (I don't know about other places), as yes, there are no lyrics for the bonus songs, and the credit information is on the back side of the countercover, where the CD is placed.

I was wondering if it was just the version here. I wish we had more of a proper booklet. I feel the lyrics are all condensed to take as little space as possible. I also wanted more photos

It sure does! Which is why I waiting to write the review only AFTER I heard the CD and not the mp3 tracks. I'll rip the album in the highest quality and put the album back into the CD case as I don't want to ruin it. It freakin' cost me 19.99 Euros for the deluxe edition at the store I bought it from I should have ordered from Amazon.de instead :doh:

I have seen some of the displays for the album in Quebec and they look so friggin' amazing. Would love to be there to experience that!
