The symbol is present on screen when the song plays, if that means it's on? I suspect it's my headphones, or maybe I have to do back-to-back listens to compare the audios (lazy to do that )

Try listening to Its All Coming Back To Me Now, Oh Holy Night, or immorality. Those had some of the biggest differences especially in the background vocals. Oh Holy Night the choir is almost too loud and drowns out her voice at the end.

If you look closely, in Let's Talk About Love there's an extra drums before the children's choir... there's a new backgroung from Celine in the last word of Immortality... there's the guitar in the Tell Him that was only in the Radio Version... and so it goes, little details...

Here in the recording session we can hear at 4:50 the drums that were removed from the original release...

It's very interesting that they finally released that version 25 years latter...

Omg team celine… no no no! Im so tired of these lazy anniversary! Its been 25 years that we are listening the album! Give us something new!! (And a color vinyl is not something new)

 

Her 2 biggest albums are 25th and guess what no dvd of the tours from these albums! Would have been so easy to release english concert of LTAL tour and a french/english from falling into you tour. Even a full memphis concert on dvd would have been nice.

I remember buying it - me another girl from high school lol. We both loved the reason from the get go ..I remember it being #1 best seller tbe week it was out lots we’re picking up cd in tbe store

I remember watching the special ´lets talk about love.. avec julie » on tv. There was also her official biography.

 

I received the album for christmas and i wasnt able to wait, i went in my room to listen « The reason » and i still remember how awesome it was in my headphones! Loved the cover and still seeing me opening the album with the lyrics/pictures. I still think its the best artwork. So luxurious

 

I remember also cd stores in Quebec were opening at midnight to sell the cd and there was a lot of people waiting outside!

 

What a golden era!

 

I remember also Celine was saying « this is probably my last album, i cant do better than this one! » 😂

 

Oh i remember also the snippet of Be the man on her website and was so jealous it wasnt on the canadian edition. Took years to finally listen the complete song!

Thanks I had no idea this existed. I use Spotify exclusively so I miss out on a lot.

 

I listened to The Power of Love in that video and it sounds like a whole new remastering as well. They could have easily used that version as a Dolby Atmos version on Apple Music. Wonder why they didnt release The Colour of My Love as it is one of her best selling. Even just updating TPOL would have been fine.

 

I imported this CD on eBay a couple years ago, and all the songs are slightly remixed. It's easier to hear the nuances on a good stereo system or with pro headphones. Knowing a little about Foster's personality from reality TV, he would certainly comb through all the tracks carefully before releasing them on showcase. He's OCD about that kind of thing... unlike Celine. Plus, he's a producer and can do that work himself. Celine would have to pay Humberto Gatica.

I have Apple AirPods Pro and I can notice a bit of difference, but when I borrow a pair of AirPods Max they're like all new songs.

After all these years of having to import so much Celine, its a nice privilege to simply run to the mall's Barns & Noble and pick up a copy for $30!

That's a sweet question! I remember hearing MHWGO on Delilah's radio program just after it had been released, I think it was in the backseat on a summer road trip to Montreal. I was obsessed as soon as I heard it! I was familiar with BATB and IACBTMN, but not with Celine, herself. I taped the dialogue version they were playing on the radio. In November the store was sold out of the soundtrack and single, so I got LTAL. Glad I did!
