It os also strange that it appears on "original recordings" and not on "DVDs & videos" on celinedion.com

 

Well like I said earlier, USF has been released primarily as a live CD album, just like TCWT, which is why they both charted on the albums charts and why they appear in the albums section on the official site. :thumbsup2:

Does anyone else miss the live recording of 'Immensite'? To me that was the most special addition to her tour set-list. Showed she really loved 'D'elles'.

That's one of the songs I was hoping for when it was announced there would be 4 bonus songs. I would have ditched Ziggy and added Immensité

I just want Hockey to be over so that it stops taking overt entire news feed. I don't see the excitement of the sport...especially if you're not at the game and watching it on tv. You can barely see the puck!! What fun is that?

you can't love everithing , Or you can buy a bigger tv :giggle:

It's even more stupid cos there is enough space on the cds!! Plus I think it's weird they cut at LAEE... with the MERCI for LAEE on the 2nd cd... And I don't Think the bonus tracks flow well...

 

I would have done:

Cd1:

LAEE

ABM

 

CD2:

start with JSP

Bonus tracks:

Immensite

WAAF

TLDH

RM

ZIGGY

JNVOP (Ending segment not opening)

 

I think adding JNVOP would have made a nice ending on the cd... And not the bad fading where they cut a big yel cheer :glare:

Does anyone else find it strange that the DVD edition is in a (huge) CD case like an album, whereas the Blu-ray edition is in a standard Blu-ray case like it's a video release? It's very inconsistent, I have the DVD edition on my CD shelf (just like TCWT is), but then I have the Blu-ray edition with my live DVDs... :wacko:

 

 

No... I actually find this smart as she has double exposure in stores now: in the CD section and the Music DVD/Blu-Ray section. The latter usually doesn't have a lot of customers as people tend to look for (new) releases more at the CD section than the music DVD section.

...and it's ridiculous how poorly edited the live cd is. The fade outs and fade ins are all wrong. Fortunately the content is fabulous.

 

Yes and they should've thought it through more.... When listening to a live CD, I don't want to hear the speeches and everything. Also the video interlude of the twins could've been dropped. While it's great when you watch it...but when it's audio only, it's annoying.

As I predicted... The album plummets to 78 in the Dutch top 100 due to zero promotion. But at least with a debut of 12... It debuted higher than Mariahs new one which debuts at 14 :giggle:

i don't pay for Le journal de Montréal, but i can assure you, fialure and Celine Dion doesn't belong in the same sentence in Le Journal.. they are practically her publicist.

I still can't get over the fact that they have not included "Immensite" on this album. With the orchestra there, the live version is so much more compelling.

Why isn't the USF concert mentioned in the dates of the SA tour on wiki? Shouldn't that be there??

But it wasn't part of the tour, it was a one-off outdoor show. It was like the Millennium Concert and Sur les plaines. There is a whole section in the article dedicated to Quebec, just like the other shows I mentioned are discussed in the LTAL and TC tour pages :thumbsup2:

Its a shame she didnt continued on to the bridge of JDDMTete :/ Incognito could have been shortened if they really need to keep the medley shorter.

 

I'd have loved a medley without Incognito and Unison. Maybe JDDMT with Piaf Chanterait du Rock, J'ai Besoin d'un Chum, and/or Delivre-moi/Jours de Fievre.

 

Obsessed with QPVSA and LM. Can't stop listening to them.

Does anybody in South Africa, know if/where USF is available here?

 

I was able to get most of her French catalogue here in Durban.

 

LMBTL was only available about 3 weeks after it got released, but Mariah Carey and Beyonce albums are here on the release date #just saying.
