According to the article from Le Soleil, there is a speculation about possible Celine appearance on the 2013 Quebec City Summer Festival (Festival d'été de Québec). One of the Canada's biggest outdoor artistic event will be held from 4 July to 14 July 2013 at the time when Celine will take a break from her Las Vegas residential show. The 2013 Quebec City Summer Festival official program is not known yet, the line-up will be announced in Spring 2013 but until then some shows could be unveiled.

I think its the performance in China that really opened the door to this kind of stuff. Countries and people are seeing she is still in the game and still wants to be a big international star and now are willing to reach out and have her at their festivals and stuff. She is definitely making a "comeback" it seems!

Well actually going to China this time wouldn't influence her going to the Quebec Summer Festival because I'm positive they planned this year's festival months ago and if Celine really is going to be part of it, they already asked her a while ago lol. For China, they asked her like last year but they just didn't announce it to the public of course until months later. Oh and besides she's extremely known in Quebec haha she's considered like royalty there so I'm not suprised she probably got invited

I'll be really happy if she does this festival but we can't say that sth is changed cause it's only a second non-Vegas appearance so far this year

Sans Attendre, the recording sessions, was definately pushed back because she was ill. She was meant to finish recording the album when se got back from Jamaica, but couldn't. Then she had to rest her voice till April and started recording again. Album was previously slated to be released in Spring '12.

Yes I remember because it was something close to two months of shows! Can't remember the exact time but it wasn't short!

Newspaper 'Le Journal De Montreal' just announced earlier today that Celine will give a concert on the same place where the epic 'Celine Sur Les Plaines' concert took place on August 22, 2008.

 

Five years later, Celine will return to that historic place to give a one-night-only special concert. More details to be announced next week on a press conference.

i think this will be the concert where celine sings her new english single, its got to be out around then if SA is anything to go by, id imagine those weeks she has off she will be promoting the hell out of her single (we can hope) maybe the reason the album got delayed is that sony knew about performances like these and thought it would pass up a chance for free promotion??
