Her voice is going to be tired come the day of the Edison performance.... Sadness. Also, she's never sounded particularly good in the morning. You have to wake up so early for Today Show...and it's going to be cold! I'm just pessimistic about this rough schedule and Celine's ability to deliver. I wish she was back in her "silent" mode for a few days!

She's not an invalid. She sings much less than she ever has before and I don't think her singing a few songs in the morning is going to send her to retirement. She's a professional. If anything, I think her last few performances has her determined to knock it out of the park this time.

Can somebody make a masterlist of all the versions of the album that will be coming out? I still haven't decided where to buy! I'm thinking Target but if the walmart version has the extra two songs and a dvd then I might reconsider? So confusing!

Walmart's websire only lists the standard version. If I remember correctly, for TC we knew at least 3 weeks in advance that they had another edition.

The Dave Audé full club mix is better, love it but we need more! Check out serving's vocal club remix, love it too.

I never said it would send her into retirement or that she wasn't a professional. Still, we saw how she fared on her last press tour in Los Angeles. Singing three times in two days would be tough on anyone.

Don't worry about that, she'll be ok, I mean she will sing 3 songs on the 28th and then she can do the "no talk" until the show starts on the night of the 29th. I wouldn't worry about her voice being affected during the soundcheck.

 

At least this is lighter than Las Vegas, which sometimes is show after show, show after show, it brings her back to sickness! sickness!

It's interesting that CelineDion.com says that the album is going to be released on 5 Nov in Hong Kong, but it's listed to be released on 4 Nov on Sony Music Hong Kong website :o

I dont think Celine can do Somebody loves sombody good because it is a damn hard to be performing live . She has no time to take a breath for SLS. I beliee she will be doing well for water and a flame

I don't know... I read somewhere (can't remember where!) that she was already in Montreal for a family gathering and to celebrate the twins' birthday... She was going to be there only 3-4 days. And the ADISQ Awards is tomorrow Sunday...

Woke up this morning and turned on East Coast Radio and was greeted by a very familiar voice.

"Hi South Africa, this is Celine Dion and here is my new single Loved me back to life".

And then, "I, I, I, I, I, I, I..........".

 

Later I visited The Pavillion in Durban.

I walked by Musica (Music/DVD store) and what I saw made my eyes pop outta my head :w00t:

 

4 November...Can you feel it ??? :mbounce:

Starting at .45 to 1.58 is the best of the best! I love this. Celine looks younger and beautiful without all the heavy make up. Love the recording of SLS :wub: Love her dancing to it!

I agree - I think she looks beautiful in both the clips! Can't wait to see the whole behind the scenes videos for those songs!!

I'm not really feeling the songs that have been released/leaked so far. :mellow: I definitely like ''Loved me back to life'', ''Somebody loves somebody'' and I do enjoy ''Didn't know love'' and ''Water and a Flame'' :pinch: , but none of these songs is excellent for me. I'm still hoping there'll be a song in this album I'll find absolutely amazing, same way there are at least 5 songs in ''Sans Attendre'' that blew me away and I still love. I'm not even talking about ''Incredible'' cause it's a boring, average song to me. Also the way people praise it here as if it is already a smash hit does not help me appreciate it at all. :innocent: If anyone agrees with me send me a PM. I want to talk about it without people coming for my comments (I have a lot to say). :D Edited by LukeD
