What will your reaction be when you get the album in your hands for the first time?

My honest opinion "Incredible" is underwhelming I was expecting soaring high notes (maybe it was all the hype).... I have heard the full songs of W&AF (like the vibe, but not great) Didn't Know Love (too subdued) I love LMBTL and SLS. I hope Save Your Soul and Breakaway have classic Celine high notes. So far SLS is the only track that her vocals are top notch IMO. Maybe my opinion will change but as of yet I only really like 2 tracks out of the 5 that I have heard.

I have waited for so long...for a miracle to come, A New Day Has Come!!

Thanks a lot!!! I wanted to try a different vibe, maybe more inclined towards the "gotye" style during the choruses for those who thought the chorus was an anticlimax! I simply LOVE the chorus! :P

Didn't know love is one of Celine's most lyrically interesting, heartfelt songs out of her entire English discography. Like Quebecflower said, it's similar to the work she does in French. And unlike the contrivance of the grandma voice in WAAF, I think Celine's grainy voice on DKL actually works, and sounds genuine. Also, I love the decrescendo she does on the final "didn't know love". Just like on "Sans Attendre" she is experimenting with different layers of her voice as well as different methods of expression. Exactly my thoughts, the granny voice works for DKL (heartfelt) as when for WAAF it sounds too forced and "fake". I'm loving DKL more and more each minute. I think it's better than "My Love", it would do wonders on AC radios!!!!!

For me, Didn't Know Love is the Si je n'ai rien de toi in her English repertoire. Would be nice as a single! :D

THAT'S THE WAY IT IS.... This song its screaming for this arrangements.... I would love to have more your cover than Celine's original....

Really well made... hope more people like you could work for Celine in a future album.... This Somebody loves somebody chorus as Unfinished songs are sadly reminiscences of ANDHC and OH.... You give it a natural turn that suits perfectly with the song taking it to another level HIGHER.... Wish Celine could make a live performance like this of this song instead of the album version....

Do you have it in mp3? Could you send it to me? If not.. I understand... I'll rip it from youtube... hahahaha :pinch:

I'm at work right now, and can't do anything, but just reading that these three songs leaked makes me really excited and curious about them!

I don't think I can wait until November 5th to listen to the songs, like some of you.

I'm at work right now, and can't do anything, but just reading that these three songs leaked makes me really excited and curious about them!

I know exactly how it feels :giggle: I've heard the previews but I'm gonna stop myself at this point and wait till I have the album in my hands, hopefully I'll be strong enough. B)

I'm trying to keep my mind off these leaked songs by listening to other artists, that really helps. :laugh: At the end of the day I'm so fed up with music that the temptation to give in and take a quick listen to Celine's new songs magically disappears. :rolleyes:

Incredible is amazing im sorry if other are not digging it!!

 

It's a song which will get Celine noticed again and back on the radio again!!

 

I say every1 gets on the Incredible wave with me cuz it's gonna be an awesome ride!! Had goosebumps throughout :) x

I mean because of the "repetitive" thing you know... IGNL was also that way, and I'm starting to think Neyo's songs are cool but very repetitive, especially in the end with the chorus :hmm:

I wouldn't say it's a normal conventional song... It's different and stands out

 

It's a great song for me! Really love it... And there are some high notes too... Or blasts of celine I call them lol
