But i think it's the show's name is 'Celine' because if there was a different one, a person who would come out after the show wouldn't know who was the performer

One thing will tell us for sure...if the set-list is the same tonight we are screwed and are gonna get lots of covers, but if the set-list is different at tonights rehearsal then theres a chance we get a mixure of the two rehearsals? makes sense?... so lets all hope she adds in/ tries a few more hits tonight... all we can hope for. While I am very happy to see some old songs back, it worries me that there are more covers that Celine's own recordings (including her covers)!

 

CELINE'S SONGS:

maybe they tried this setlist for sunday night.. then tonight there will be different songs? and they will see what went well between both nights and put something else together?? Very shocked she is doing nothing after 1997.. we only have a handful of Celine songs here.. Excited for WDMHBN and BATB and The Reason and Declaration of Love.. although im a bit shocked Declaration of love is towards the end.. it was her 2nd song on the english leg of the LTAL tour and was a great way to start a show in my opinion "tonight to you baby i make my declaration of love".. lots of covers in this show which is kind of suprising, but at the same time i think having her do recognizeable covers can be a good thing for her in a Vegas show. This is what vegas is all about.. lets keep in mind she isnt on tour.. Guess we'll see what happens tonight and then of course on the 15th

I pray but don't have hope, I had and what have I seen today? crap! i think it'd be hard to do different songs on the other rehearsal because she has already so many songs to remember that I doubt they would include anything more. They'll cut sth, that's for sure!

Two more covers?! (At Seventeen and this Paganini song) WTF?! wasn't MJ's songs, Bond's songs, Open Arms and Lullaby enough?! oh Gosh, it's disastrous no matter how well she sounds.... Sorry but there is no even ONE song post 1997! that's hilarious and very very bad! Didn't realize that! It IS kind of Weird!

And not only are there so many covers, but many of them are so sloooooooooooooooooooooow and caaaaaaaaaaaaalm

I can't believe they chose them, I thought they would care also for her recent repertoire. It's awesome that there will WDMHBN or BATB but they don't compensate for the others!

I understand that they could use covers if Celine didn't have songs which would suit orchestra but she HAS LOADS OF THEM!

She could have done this show in 1999 but now?!

I knew she wouldn't do such songs like I Know What Love Is, but still she could at least have 2 recent songs (am i asking for too much? now!)

Sorry it shouldn't be like this, they had a concert with orchestra in Quebec, they didn't like any of her OWN songs there and chose various covers?

 

The review by the audience will be great for sure, the show itself will be good, and I doubt they will change much. I'm sad

 

I feel that she should drop out Lullaby and replace it to one of her many lullaby songs from Miracle. Like what the hell? How many popular singers have a Lullaby Album in their repertoire??? Nobody but Celine. So Why can't she use one of her lullaby? I really don't get it.

I couldn't be more excited about the set list. I can't believe it's only a week before I get to see her again! Honestly we've heard her sing all the regular songs so many times I like hearing new songs we've never heard her sing before. I was bothered at first that she won't bring out a bunch of old songs from previous records, but I think people go to hear Celine sing, not go to hear Celine sing her songs necessarily. I don't think the majority of people care what she sings as long as she sings.

 

I'm trying not to get my hopes up about WDMHBN, but if she sings this, I can die happy.

I am pretty thrilled with the setlist. I never thought I'd get the chance to hear her sing The Reason, Declaration of Love, Beauty and The Beast, and Where Does My Heart Beat Now!!!

 

And the MUST HAVES for any Celine concert are there: The Power of Love, Because You Loved Me, It's All Coming Back To Me Now, My Heart Will Go On. If these songs were missing, the general public would be PISSED.

 

My favorite English song, To Love You More, is gone. But I'm okay with it -- because it's always playback.

 

And I'm thrilled about most of the covers! An Ella Fitzgerald song!!!!! I think Celine and her team have been smart to choose a lot of songs that she can sing live night after night.

 

If there's any playback, it will be where we're already used to hearing it… With her hits.
