There is no way she will do a video if she didn't feel up to it. Edit: My guess is that the video is just gonna be her and Michel singing in the studio. I mean it can't be something drastic considering Celine is six months pregnant with twins. But I really don't care as long as we can see her with her belly... I think if it were a video of them singing in the recording studio they would have just made the video the same day they recorded the song, but if members in the French section are saying that they are shooting the video in Florida this week, then they must be making an actual video.
