That cover is awful! Who the hell did they pull that said they liked it? It makes her look like a mental patient with her hand in her hair like that, and walking as if she took too much cocaine.

wow! Ok after starring at it for a few minutes I really like it!!! Really different and tells a story to who she is and what's important to her (even the funny pose is sooo Celine LOL)

I love the concept but the character in the drawing is not as attractive as the one on the Parler A Mon Pere single. She looks a bit like Cruella Dion to me. I hope the real celine doesn't walk around the house in that manner.

 

The tracklist printed on that CelineDion.com press release has Les petits pieds de Léa & Tant de temps swapping places between the regular and deluxe edition. I expect it's a typo though.

No complaints, I really like the idea, the story behind it.

But like J-man said, the one on PAMP looks better :-) her pose is a bit weird here, but at the same time also so Celine when she acts funny :-)

I really like the idea of the tree on the cover. What I really don't like about it, is just Celine's posture... she looks like she's going to die and about to fall on the ground.

 

I made some changes to the official artwork so that you can see what I think would have made a good cover, or at least a better cover than the official one.

 

I tried to make her look less junkie.

I also added a clock that indicates 5 o'clock, because I think the number 5 is missing.

I guess the official site finally realised that we shouldn't be ignored. It's the first they have released some info first! Congrats!

I LOVE the idea of having 16 songs 16 (!). It's a record-breaking cd! I'm glad that NMQP is on it unless they have decided to release it on both albums (as it was rumoured months ago). But, if they have listened at least a little bit to us, it's a good move.

As for the cover, I wanted a photo, not a drawing but were I to choose a drawing, I'd go with PAMP cover cause this one doesn't have the same atmosphere if you know what I mean.

 

A new day... has come () up with a better version. That's for sure!

I'm gonna laugh until November because of this cover But, I have to admit, I do like the fact that they did something different. The baby milk bottle is fun

 

I am so looking forward to the album though. Her French ones are always amazing, even though I'm not crazy about the first single. But that's just because it talks about having a great relationship with one's father... I'm not feeling that all, so not my case...

Wow! Your cover is so much better in my view. Don't know how you did it, but truly a great job. If only they'd had you as a consultant. And you're right, the clock is a fab idea.

I just love the cover! We NEVER EVER had a cover like that in the past 30 years!!! And it is totally in style with the single. What the don't always do...

 

I wonder what kind of drawings we can expect in the little calender (sp) to go with the Deluxe edition.. Anyway can't wait to listen to the album!

Despite all the negativity, I happen to like it...I think it's very unique. And you never know, it might change between now and then. Remember when they changed the TC cover at the last second?

Yes, it looks geared for women like a notebook or daily planner or greeting card would be. So the special edition is going to have a calendar and 2 bonus tracks? What happened to including a DVD? I guess this takes us back a few steps.

It is funny , I was just saying EXACT the same to my friend when discussing the new cover: I was like, what if I am going to pay for the album.. the album has a childish look and it looks like a cover from a girly book or maybe a poetryalbum ( oillilly stuff etc). It feels like I buy something for a 7 year old girl. I think the idea for the illustration worked very well with the first single and I liked it, because it was a illustration with a feeling, with her sitting on the rocks, thinking about her father and her dreams. But this one, although in the same style has a very girly feeling, a bit like the cover of a sex and the city book ( like the ones from Bushnell - i think that is her name?)
