That was also my opinion, but I've read that most people dislike a picture, and even I didn't like my last design with a picture, however I will make another design later...

I really like that latest design, and I'm still not sure if we need to have personal photos on those. But if you make another design that'll include a photo, maybe then there should be only one "Celine" logo... though I really love the two <3

Honestly, I'm still against having a personal photo on it. Sorry to disappoint you Bellamy, but it'sjust my humble opinion...

 

I see Jane's point in having a pic on it but I guess if we'd ever manage to get a meet & greet with Céline for our huge group or just manage to arrange the Colosseum tour, I guess we'd have to get some other passes from Céline's/Colosseum's team. Or we should proof our identity by showing any government issued ID.

 

These badges Stijn creates are nethertheless for fun and for our internal organisatory reasons but don't guess they will be legitim for any official use.

Don't know how to put it, I mean, everyone could create her/himself a badge and try to get backstage with it but that's not the way it works, right? At least not at serious events in serious venues, hehe...

 

But if the photo option shall really be included, I agree it should be composed differently, the photo shouldn't be right beside/under Céline photo. Maybe Céline photo should move to the down right corner?...

The only way I could accept a personal photo in it would be if we'd drop off Céline photo and put personal photos in its place. And than only use "Celine" traditional logo - you know, the logo you can see in TeamCeline logo or on Céline albums from the 90s ("TCOML", "FIY", "LTAL" etc.)

I absolutely love that logo so as for me it could be used on every Céline memorabilia, hehe!

 

So al in all: Céline pic that you already included without personal pic or personal pic and only traditional Céline logo.

I am so excited that I am going to meet all my fellow Celine friends. As I am going to be travelling on my own (which I have never done before) and going to a place ( I have never been before) I would be appreciative if we could all perhaps be in the same hotel.

 

With the lanyards would those be just for the people going to the premiere or for the 16th too?

 

Would people be able to join in with the activities on the 15th even if not seeing the show on that night?

 

It would make my dream come true if a Meet and Greet could be arranged. I have loved Celine since I was 15 years of age, and this would be totally amazing for people like myself who have never had the opportunity before,

I love Nano's design, it's way better then mine

 

But, I see the same problem as on my design (something I noticed a couple of minutes ago

 

For short nicknames there isn't a problem, but when you have nicknames like "cheerfulljane" for example, the font size have to decrease to get it on the design.

I'm also in for the cell phone #'s list! But indeed, there are two things that should be taken into consideration.

 

First: the list should be made close to the show so we can make sure the #'s are valid and current. Personally I use the same # for over 10 years already and don't aim to change it but I know some people are changing their numbers like every few months, hehe...

 

Second: the privacy issue. As this forum is accessible for everyone in terms of read-only basis, it would be really good to not post the list here. I guess the easiest way is to put it together and than let it Koolan & Bellamy mail it privately to all members that are on the list. I know there's an easy way to do this as a forum admin. Or/and it could be included in the shedule pamphlet.

 

As for the pamphlet, table tags, posters etc. - it would be gret if they'd all match. Say, in the same design as the plastic name badges we'll be carrying on lanyards - same colours, same font style... That would make it all look so neat and professional, wouln't it?

 

Stijn, your last project of the badge is just perfect!! If you'd consider moving the flag into an another place, what about the down left corner? Other than that, I'm ready to get it right now as it is!

 

The privacy issue actually crossed my mind as I drifted off to sleep last night. I'm not sure if I'll use a Google Spreadsheet, or tables within a word document. The spreadsheet is accessable by everyone. That can be a pro and a con. Many people do not have Word, so they may have trouble printing the document (and even fewer people have excel). Regardless of which we decide to go with, I think I'd just make a topic (around December) asking for x amount of information. All of it would be PMed to me (for privacy) where I'd make the document or spreadhseet. Once I feel everyone has PMed their info who wants to take part in the call list, I'll either PM you the link to the spreadsheet, or e-mail the file of the word document depending on which we go with. Maybe we can make a poll for the two as time gets closer.

 

The information asked for would be... Username, Name, Age, Country of Residence, Number, Wireless Provider, and an Other column (where if one doesn't have texting they'd say here, or if they don't have long distance except these days....etc).

 

Obviously as much information would be provided as people are comfortable with. The residence and age columns are primarily for the purpose of, if you are one of only two people under 18, you may be more likely to call up that other person "to hang out" than someone who is 51...and vice versa.

Anu, can you add the disclaimer to it somewhere? I think it's necessary, just to be sure since we used official logo's.

 

What do you think about adding "premiere or openingshow" to it (maybe above "international")?

I forgot to say earlier that actually it would do well to leave on the words "name", "nickname" and "country" and just list them - like on Anu's project. The less text, the clearer the whole thing.

 

Stijn, I guess longer nicknames won't be that problem on your project, I guess? Only if they are really very long nicknames that are made of more than one word, like "I <3 Celly D.!!", "SuperLove4Celine", "Celine Forever 2004", "WindyCityCelineFan" etc... (they are all real nicks from this forum )

Maybe only in such cases it will be necessery to use much smaller font size. I guess nicknames like "Cheerfuljane" can be still easly written in quite a big font size - what do you think?

 

BTW: Where from did you get this official ad pic for the show with Celine logo?? Can I find it somewhere in HQ??

Since you can't just do "save as" you need to open the style files (CSS files), then go through all the rubbish and you'll find the link to the picture. I'll have it on my laptop at home, i'll upload it later.
