zanif Posted April 13, 2008 at 03:48 PM Posted April 13, 2008 at 03:48 PM (edited) omg am i the 1st person to be back from the concert? lol!okokok...i'm NOT gonna give u guyz the show's review, i'll leave it to the others, coz i tend to miss all the smaller things.anyways, she wore 2 outfit, the same one like shanghai and then at the end for MHWGO, the yellow dress.her voice was perfect, crystal clear. amazing show!!!i'm so happy i heard My Love, think Twice and Shadow of Love live!!!!it was great..... loved it. couples were hugging and kissing and holding hands throughout the show. there's so much love i tell ya in the air. and there's nooooooooooooo rainnnnnnnnn. thank god.the malaysian King and Queen were there too. she started as soon as they arrived.she said Apa Khabar? (How r u?), Terima Kasih (Thank you) amongst other malay words.arggggghhhhhhhh wat else???? she said to us that she prayed that it didnt rain. and it didnt. yeay us.jade told me she was doing sound checks around 5pm i think. she'll tell you guys more.finally we can say that celine indeed performed live in Malaysia. its so nice to see MALAYSIA in the programme book.and i got myself the cheap lanyard too. rm 5. hmmm i'll all smiling. Krys Posted April 13, 2008 at 04:08 PM Posted April 13, 2008 at 04:08 PM i just had THE BEST DAY EVAH! im kinda tired so i'll write a nice long review later on (its 12am now lol) complete with pics and videos me, MalaysiaCeline, Vole, kelvin, sge and Ranus (sorry if i got your name wrong hun) met Celine at the Ritz Carlton Hotel the show was PHENOMENAL! her vocals were fab! the day was just perfect for a concert. no rain in the late evening and all. i was surprised she changed her costume for the yellow dress she wore the one costume outfit first. me, MalaysiaCeline and JessCC were all sitting together and we went nuts! it was just WOW. to top it off, in the backdrop (if you are looking from Celine's point of view), the Petronas Twin Towers were BEAUTIFUL. we really had a blast today. im in Celine heaven the whole day. ooo she also said a few words in Malay (it was gooooooood considering she isnt a native speaker). P.S. i promise to write a huge long review for you guys later okay? all the news about meeting Celine, talking what seemed like forever to Rene, talked a bit to Celine's bodyguard Nick, talking to Aaron (Celine's dancer) after the show, talking to Celine's official photographer (sorry i cant remember his name), talking to Barnev. and how we waited for Celine at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. we sure talked to a whole lotta people lol. it was fun Quote
zanif Posted April 13, 2008 at 04:17 PM Author Posted April 13, 2008 at 04:17 PM ok. there's no opening act and there's no special guest.it was definitely a full show. started around 9 pm until 10.45pm i would say.songs that she didn't sing are Fade Away, Can't Fight the Feeling, A World to Believe In and A New Day Has Come.other songs are performed just like in other countries. since i've also seen her in Vegas, i can safely say that some songs she performed tonight are waaaaaaay better.she was very energetic on stage. she spent time talking to the audience.her voice was amazing in all by myself, and that's just the woman in me, think twice, my love and show must go on, mhwgo.the audience were clapping and shouting her name and stood up and dance in some number. <--surprise, since Malaysians are so uptight.what she failed was introducing the band members. yes a flawwww. well nobody's perfect.
