I agree with you to some extent, But to be honist i think, if we know what we are waiting for and how long we are waiting for, time will go quicker for fans lol When humans get excited about something, time does go quicker in the mind of people so i suppose ur right that time wont go any quicker, but knowing someinthing will help.

 

I agree tho that some of us (me lol) has being askign darren alot about the dvd sorry im just really excited, like u lot are But i know i should be more paitent :/

Buy my Taking Chances World Tour DVD! I took a chance on having a baby, and look where it got me. Right back to square one.

 

I really don't think this is an opportune time to discuss an earlier release date with Celine being in the public eye once again. As much as I'd love an early release date, let's not attach it to the stigma of a failed pregnancy.

From a marketing standpoint it makes perfect sense. Free promotion (because we know there won't be any anyway) and with it being before the holidays, it makes perfect sense.

I get what Tyler is saying. Just like when we found out she was pregnate, it's good publicity, BUT this is good publicity about a horrendous thing so it's really sad, not joyus like when we found out she was with child.

Not really. Disgraceful would be Chris Brown slapping Rihanna around, and then using all his extra coverage as promotion in hopes of having high sales.

 

In this, disgraceful means that the act that has you in the news gives you a bad name. Celine losing her baby does not give her a bad name.

Tyler, I really don't think your getting this. Using Celine's failed pregnancy to promote ANYTHING, be it a DVD, a CD, whatever, is just WRONG! Just because you land back in the media spotlight doesn't give you a free media pass to promote everything. For a better example, take Michael Jackson's father PROMOTING HIS OWN RECORD LABEL after his son has DIED! That is DISGRACEFUL! Loosing the baby isn't disgraceful, but using the loss of a child to boost a promotion or whatever can and will by some be seen as disgraceful, but I completely get what your saying.

I believe each one of you who had given any piece of info on this thread. But then I must deduct that if everyone was right, it's Sony who's delaying this DVD forever... and I don't want to believe this, but on the other hand, if it's not Sony's fault, then at least one of you got some info wrong... It's not that I'm saying someone's a liar, just that Darren or Ronny's sources were at some time wrong. And that's not bad, it's just a mistake that anyone could make... c'mon, nobody's perfect.

 

Cos I don't wanna believe Sony has been delaying this DVD for months already, that may would mean this DVD isn't gonna be released, knowing Sony.

 

But hey maybe it's true and the DVD has always been delayed from the first time we read about its release... but it's just that I don't want to believe that possibility. Anyways, if that's a fact... we'll have to face that maybe this DVD will never see the daylight...
