I have also watched "A New Day... The Secrets" but I do not remember her saying the DVD was not released before because of the blonde hair. I thought Celine said the DVD was postponed because even in 2004, the show had evolved somewhat, and she knew that the show would continue to evolve and changes would continue to be made. So, for those reasons, the DVD was postponed until the last year of "A New Day..." Even then, by 2004, Celine already the brown hair back. Quote

They'll only remaster it and put a nice white ribbon on it with "collectors edition" written over it.
