Say What? Posted August 25, 2007 at 11:05 PM Posted August 25, 2007 at 11:05 PM Yet, I'm not convinced that it is the same song. If Delta co-wrote the song, then surely the Australian media would've talked about the fact that an Australian superstar wrote a song for an Australian newcomer. Somehow I think (hope) it's not the same song. Quote

Bellamy Posted August 26, 2007 at 04:46 AM Posted August 26, 2007 at 04:46 AM and about the whole Timbaland "eyes on me" subject it seems the gossip is out of hand This is what the girl from the blog replied: Posted by Hamada aka Monica @ 08/26/2007 03:17 AM PDT Hey Loup, thanx for the comment. Actually, one of the listeners who had a preview of Celine's new album said that "Eyes On Me" was produced by Timbaland, and since Samantha said in an interview that it's a song that's fast paced and shows her vocal abilities, it made perfect sense to me that it's the one I'm talking about. Maybe I'm wrong, but there's a strong possibility that I'm right too. Keep writing Still there's a strong chance as all the covers we already have found on the album and the fact that suddenly this newcomer changes a song from Timbaland called "eyes on me" wich was supposed to be her first single to a whole different trackAnother rumor started from here, and came back in another way. VinnyT. Posted August 26, 2007 at 07:03 PM Author Posted August 26, 2007 at 07:03 PM I think LVCeline took "Eyes On Me" for a Timbaland song only because the new sound of Kristian Lundin (who co-wrote and surely produced "Eyes On Me") is more Timba-oriented. Céline's Blues Posted August 28, 2007 at 09:44 PM Posted August 28, 2007 at 09:44 PM is that very diffrent Columbia then Epic? what would be the difference? I'm afraid there will be huge difference. Love, Posted August 28, 2007 at 09:47 PM Posted August 28, 2007 at 09:47 PM Epic Records and Columbia Records are both companies under the SonyBMG music empire. It's just that this time, Columbia will be handling this record release, distribution, promotion, and financial records for territory of United States. Different contracts with local and regionalized company headquarters must be assessed for a certain record or album, in order for it to be released within that certain area. Quote
