Why in Paris...?? I think it will be released in the Netherlands as well as in Poland. Because I'd love to buy the Collector's Box Set the most!!

 

What do you think the Collector's Box Set will consist of??

I guess a Double Digipack with 2-3 bonus tracks. Collectors Box Set add one more making of DVD, and a big booklet.

There have never been french albums with bonus tracks... so I don't think there will be.

Knowing them the Double Digipack and the Collector's will be completely different which will make us buy both.

However with that said. I'm thrilled as can be!!

As far as I understand, there won't be a "normal" edition. There will be 2 special editions, the digipack and the collector's one.

i mean if they r releasing all 3 editions at the same time , why not simply putting all the songs in 1 CD?

usually artists release special editions few months after the original release and this way the album is going up again but here i really cant see the point .

I really think, it's better they will release all editions at the same time, because we could buy versions we really want to buy

I can't imagine a situation, I have a normal CD version and the other one for ex. Collector's Box Set is coming out, and I can't buy it because of the lack of money... There is no use...

 

Once again I hope all the editions will come out at the same time on May 22nd

they wont make more money out of it...they could release the special editions few months later in order to make some extra cash but releasing all 3 editions together wont effect the sales ...it might even cause confusion which wont help

You're right, I didn't look on the French version. Oh well, three versions.... Well, I guess I'll only buy the special ones I didn't buy the "normal" edition for On ne change pas either, didn't see the point, cause i had bought the double cd and long box versions

I just did a search at Amazon and Sony music store and I couldn't D'Elles. Won't it will be available in the USA?

Special editions of "On Ne Change Pas" didn't help this album. It was falling down on the charts anyway. The key is the promotion:

 

1) good choice for the first single (that radios will play)

2) good music video, released before the release of the single. I noticed that few times Celine first released commercial single, and week or two later the video premiered (which is nonsens)

3) performances in TV shows, newspapers and radios interiews

4) tour

 

But, if Celine will promote this album for only one week in France, it will be a spectacular flop. And the promotion should be not only in France, Belgium, Switzerland and Quebec. If there will be another "selected areas promotion", I can say one thing - she slould leave SonyBMG.
