I had funeral services for my grandpa. Funeral was on Thursday. It was good to see lots of family and some colleagues from my previous work.

 

This weekend I watched The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo and The Girl Who Played With Fire. I could definitely see a difference with the pacing. No wonder I couldn't get into the books. I think I've only made it 20 pages in.

Also watched SATC2 and some eps of Glee in BD

Just checked out the prices of the courses for German language by the German embassy, and Holy Mother Mariah, I think I'll stick with Rosetta Stone for the time being

My mom just got home with the ''Hallo'' with Celine on the front page. You see what I mean, she normally wouldn't have bought it for me unless I asked her to. I can really get use to this...

EDIT: Krys, I think they do. Even Sebbie said he learnt Italian and honed his French skills using that Sad my French language pack doesn't seem to load with my version of RS

Some say it's not very effective I know I ended up memorising which phrase went with which picture lol. I can't remember the lessons anymore

We get the US one bundled with the Indian edition. I'd have liked to have the Canadian version though, you know, with all the Celine exclusives
