Yeah it is. Honestly if she’s gonna do any random cover at least this one is good… however they have a newer playback of it I’m sure that’s factoring into it too.

Looks like a old video from her 2017 tour. Think the pictures they showed are from Stockholm

Also, I’m not sure they’d be in “Europe” to rehearse this early. Why would they be there and Celine in Vegas… 

At this point I'm sure rehearsals are happening on a soundstage somewhere in Las Vegas, I doubt Celine has even rehearsed with the band yet, I’m sure she’s doing her own version of rehearsals before they put it all together. 
 

If anyone knew where Scott Price is currently it would give us a better idea. Also, curious if Elise, Dawn and Barnev are returning for backing vocals and if so where are they?

I thought I saw somewhere that Elise and Barnev are no longer working with her and she will have new backing singers.

If Elise really has moved on then that’ll be sad. They were together (I think) the longest out of her entire musical family.

Denis Savage was eventually Celine’s co-manager and eventually left the job, he’s also Elise’s husband… we never knew why he left and what it could mean for Elise returning.

Yeah, I also really hope she'll be back. I think it depends on whether Denis Savage is still doing sound or not post being co-manager (he's Élise's husband), which I don't know since the management changes over the recent years. He was there for the Olympics though.

I never read that… but 🤷🏽‍♂️ 

it would be sad to see them go but maybe a shake up will be nice… I’ve especially had enough Barnev.

He was manager through the filming of the IACD documentary and is no longer her manager… we shall see if he takes his role as sound man again or not.

He has however been with her at her most recent musical appearances (the Olympics and the Ellie Saab show), so he is still involved, if only maybe back to his old duties on sound and day to day operations

So from the sounds of this… he’ll rehearse in Montreal and then get to Paris 10 days before the opening show… looks like September 2!

I just found out that this guy, Jeff Smallwood, who I’ve seen in her CWT, was a long-time member of Céline’s band way back in the Falling Into You tour. I thought he was new. I guess the members of her band just go and be back again. Like Picard. He came back around 2015.

He says the whole band will be back, with the exception of a violinist (presumably Jenny). I guess that solves the mystery.

Apparently the musiciens are in Montréal but not Céline. It sais she will join them once in Paris

Im sure they are just rehearsing sheet music or song possibilities right now… and I’m sure Celine is literally rehearsing her voice in Vegas and probably doing final wardrobe fittings… once they get to the arena in Paris they will probably merge it all together.

That festival de la francophonie is having it's big final show the 25th of August, so band leaving for France would be the 26th then

But then he said they’d have 10 days of rehearsals in Paris… I’m assuming they have a break then if they arrive on the 26th or 27th of August that’s more than 10 days.

Sorry about that. Then I went back to the event travel site and found out that they say at the very bottom they would be sending tickets a week before the show. 
 

I understand everything involved with the associated package thing is handed out in the venue.
