We can all be honest with ourselves TONIGHT we saw glimmers of Celine in her PRIME. She was clearly more confident in her instrument tonight, she pushed more but in a good way and sang more fearless. I thought she sounded beautiful on opening night Saturday but I said I did feel she was still holding back a little, almost unsure of flexing her vocals but tonight it was like she sang more without thinking about it and it paid off… I think she’s going to continue to improve even more Friday and Saturday. It’s truly a great time to be a fan right now.

Honestly I thought they would use Ingrossos AND in an interlude and then lead into the actual song, for me that’s a missed opportunity. We can’t complain because she’s putting on one hell of show and a LONG show but there’s a few tweaks they could do and should do for May to take it the next level. 
 

ANDHC should be added, and in France there’s no way we shouldn’t have PAP, JSP and ESTRQ in this show.

I have a thought about the hair. Her muscle spasms are mostly in her neck area, so I think it really might just be a sensory type trigger. I would imagine it’s probably a bit traumatizing to go through the worst days of her illness and if hair blows a certain way or tickles her neck, it could feel like the indications of the start of a spasm or seizure.

Maybe I’m thinking too deeply into it but I googled about the gum because I’ve never seen her chew gum before lol. Apparently it’s a way for her to keep her vocal cords moisturized but also the constant chewing can help with avoiding clenching the jaw or just overall tension in that area. I think she’s honestly just taking every precaution possible. 

anywho, her resilience in this shows the past couple days made me love her even more. It’s just amazing to watch someone who is performing like it’s her first time ever on stage and she’s just amazed every time how much the audience loves her. She loves her job and it just radiates honestly. Okay done being cheesey. Thanks everyone for the videos and audio!!!

Why doesn’t “Je Chanterai” with the choir CLOSE this show?!  I know it would need to move whole section with the choir but maybe they outta replace it in the choir section with something else and then come back for this song in full after the final song with the choir. Celine could finish the song and then the choir could continue with the outro after she leaves the stage!

It’s clearly the highest point of this show and the lyrics are more poignant than ever.

I was so tired of The power of love for years BUT with that version more soft and adding the second verse i fell in love with that song again. Its so beautiful!

Same for Courage. I love this version so much better than in the courage tour or even the album version.

I'm glad she kept The chase and still amazed she finally is singing Je chanterai.

For some reason, it's the song which Celine feels the most comfortable singing! And correct me if I'm wrong, but there hasn't been a show where she wouldn't sing it since 1992, right?

 Aside from Quebec and Ottawa 2019. Except for a couple off insidents like private shows such as the one for Quebec's 400th anniversary in 2008. I think for just about every other French show LCMM was always included but if I'm missing any time I'm sure someone can correct me.
I think the reason it's easy for her is because all the higher notes are heavily mixed,, very different from the album version and early lives.

I think she wants it becausd everytime she do the new pre recorded big note for ABM, she looked embarassed by it. That’s why I think she wants to do the last note higher than the pre recorded one
