good luck! I hope you all get to attend!

Wouldn't that be nice if they did Live Stream it on site or at the Eiffel Tower

¿No estaría bien que lo retransmitieran en directo en el recinto o en la Torre Eiffel?

Knowing the impressive demand for these concerts, I think they should have also streamed them online for a paid ticket, like some singers did during COVID.

I’m betting on the possibility that they’ll tape the shows and later distribute to streaming services like Amazon Prime. Similar to Sur Les Plaines or even A New Day DVD, with backstage footage and interviews.

I think it's very likely. Would be a huge missed opportunity if they didn't.

Do we know anything about the Visa pre-sales? Is having a Platinum or Infinity card enough?

I believe you have to access the presale on your my.visa.fr account, which you don’t have by default—you have to make one.

What about a documentary? They could easily be filming everything as we speak: rehearsals, making-of, a new interview with her… and then bring it all together along with the full concert in a DVD. Damn, I hope they will!

They were supposed to do something for the cancelled show at La Défense on 26 June 2020. I don’t know whether a full documentary was planned but they were at least going to professionally record the show and release/broadcast it.

Gosh I really hope they are smart enough now and the lack of releases would be because of this.

Opening night has to be available for everyone when the shows finish.  It's soo worth a documentary.

I hope they livestream the first one or two songs. It will be one of the most emotional moments in her career, I hope we can all witness it.

I think they need to address how she got from the end of her documentary to here in an interview sooner rather than later, it’s coming up to two years since its release where she was having issues recording a song, having quite a serious crisis towards the end, to now announcing comeback concerts.

Hoping they have or are about to take care of this to air soon.

It would be great if she did a followup interview with hoda kotb. I cannot believe that it has been almost two years already since the last one. I hope her team doesn’t feel that the Olympics performance was enough proof to show that she’s back. Im sure the process of preparing for her comeback has all been documented. Perhaps a second documentary Celine DIon: I’m Ready is in the works. 🤞

John Katsilometes from LV Review journal says an “informed source” says a run through Montreal is planned before a return to Vegas.

duh! I knew there was no way she was leaving Quebec out of this especially with a French record on the way!

THIS will the one I go to!

Vegas needs to go. Is this an unpopular opinion?

Maybe 7-10 years ago, I would’ve agreed but long term if she’s able to keep performing… Vegas makes the most sense, if it’s there or nowhere than it’s Vegas.

She lives there, her life is there, her doctor is nearby in Colorado… long term Vegas makes sense. Also, the shows there are state of art.

I think it’s just common sense that she’ll eventually go back home… but John Kats, is clueless he’s just making a common sense guess.

With the usage of Encore Un Soir in the TV announcement, at the Eiffel Tower reveal, and in the black and white “im ready” video, I feel like Encore Un Soir is likely to be the opener of the show, or at the very least an important moment in it. It does seem fitting; a song that said so much about the loss of Rene at the time, but one which has beautifully come full circle to represent Celine and where she is in her own life now and her coming back to her passion and her fans… such is the magic of Jean-Jacques Goldman :)

It’s also her most recent French hit. So anything is possible, I wouldn’t be surprised. However, I do expect that the new song by Goldman will replace “Encore un soir” in this role and probably have the more important moment in the show (may be the opener like EUS was in 2016).

I think a lot of other runs are “planned” before any return to Vegas, to be honest.

Whatever plans there were for Vegas (with or without Resorts World) seem to have been scrapped and I don’t think there is anything in Vegas on the horizon.

A run in Montreal, of course, seems logical and will likely happen sooner rather than later. I also think there is some truth to the rumors of a run in Tokyo or Singapore. It seems they’re going in chronological order based on how long it’s been since Céline visited each region: first Europe, then Asia-Pacific, then North America. However, Montreal is her hometown and may happen sooner, especially if it will be associated with the new French album which is to be released only after the Paris shows.

As for Vegas, I don’t see her ever going to Resorts World. I see a run at the Sphere, Allegiant Stadium or even the Colosseum as much more likely, regardless of AEG/Live Nation.

Not unpopular with me. I think that, once the kids decide to move out, she should make a permanent move to Paris, a city she loves more than any other and which loves her more than any other. And she can put on any kind of show in a wide variety of venues with virtually endless demand.

99% chances that the concert will be filmed and maybe even broadcast live.

I read that TF1 was interested but will they get the rights?
