Anything is possible, but Céline has barely ever performed in mainland China, while Japan and Singapore were the two options listed by reliable sources. No one cares about the DVD or BD format anymore. Most people don’t even have a working player for those died formats. Even SONY itself stopped BD player production. The best we can hope is a Netflix documentary or even film like Taylor Swift eras tour.

Yep it is totally wrong not to give the actual fans first access. Who knows, maybe if additional shows are added they might see some sense but I doubt it. Fingers crossed a lot of these casual 'fans' don't go ahead and actually buy the tickets.

Absolutely. Is it more realistic to expect a Prime Video release since they chose that platform for the 2024 documentary? 
Anyway, I’m starting to dream and knowing how hew team works it wouldn’t surprise me if they didn’t even bother to film anything at all.

Not a bad thing if the odd article picks up on how the fandom were not looked after with the tickets. Genuinely blows my mind that they didn’t even attempt a newsletter presale for those already signed up. Interest is through the roof and there’s a very realistic chance that the gigs are gonna be a massive % of casual fans where the die hards miss out

Yes but how can you determine who is a real fan or not ???? In the past, only fans who followed Celine activity knew about the presale. Now everybody knows so ...

Well starting with those signed up to Team Celine is the obvious start. Team Celine members always used to get first access to tickets at presales. They absolutely know who we all are.

That brings me to something else. They really should collaborate more with unofficial fan clubs, not just Céline but all artists. They could organize events like meet and greet, give exclusive information, run presales, ask true fans for input on projects (like setlists) and for other suggestions, and many many other things. I don’t get why artists don’t work together with their fans more.

In France we still see physical media selling well such as DVDs and Blue Rays. Artists such as Depeche Mode, Etienne Daho, and Mylène Farmer have récent DVD releases.

There is also other news that two songs were offered in 2021 - so we don’t yet know.

Not to completely change the convo but changing it for a sec. I know the excitement around these banners and posters has died down, but seeing it in person, it’s still an event in for me at least.
 

It is everywhere! And on TV they keep mentioning her. I was definitely being a complete fangirl, over these posters, every single time I came across Celine 😂 ofc had my own picture taken next to it for personal keepsake… good thing Parisians are very much like New Yorkers, they mind their own majority of the time. 🤪

I’m definitely with the fans that find this one and the long black dress the best ones, she’s usually good with suits but idk not the vibe this time.

I know… it’s sad that they don’t give more info about the tickets. I don’t think we will see more info before the presale now..

She needs to hire a management team who’s younger than 60, sorry not to sound ageist because I’m not but maybe hiring the woman who manages the Rolling Stones makes less sense, just my opinion of course.

That's great! Do you think Play Me Like A Love Song will finally be released? To be honest, it worries me a bit that they’re pulling material from the vault, because that might mean Céline isn’t in a condition to record a full album or EP.

If they think arranging several shows at one venue and chucking a few posters around Paris enough, they are very much mistaken.

What happened the newsletter and alerts they were ramming down our throats 2 months ago on all her social media platform to hear the news and announcements first???

Correct me if I’m wrong but her comeback shows are pretty big bloody deal, and we received nothing, not a thing.

Feedback: Have a plan, stick to it and fix up, it’s Céline your representing… don’t mess her fans or her name and legacy around!!!!
