Also just citing the article here. https://www.cbc.ca/n...rview-1.7231195

It should be an emotionally packed interview. I'm curious if there will be a different tone to the Canadian interview as the CBC tends to be more straightforward and in-depth with its reporting. A Radio Canada, TVA or other Quebec media outlet is 100% bound to be a bit more personal, but it will be interesting what we see on Thursday.

Also, mod note - I made an error in the title. The preview for the special is on Thursday, both on Streaming and on The National, but its actually airing on Friday at 8pm ET

Yes as well as here https://gem.cbc.ca/

Not sure if more will be shown Friday night or maybe old CTV archive footage added.

I’m thinking the portion that will be on The National Thursday night might be what will on YouTube that morning. Unsure if it’ll be the Friday night interview.

Translated:

Céline Dion also spoke to Jean-Philippe Dion, an exclusive interview for Quebec which will be broadcast this Sunday, at 8 p.m., on TVA.

This was learned by TVA Nouvelles on Wednesday, which confirmed the information in its 6 p.m. bulletin.

The Fri night prime time special on CBC is titled "Celine Dion: I Will Sing Again" (They previewed it on The National - Canada's prime evening news broadcast - yesterday. Mostly just talked about Hoda's interview, no excerpts of Adrienne's yet.)

Just as I expected, Céline is even more candid in this interview by CBC. They really aren’t sugar coating anything and nothing seems to be off limits.

Also yes, she looks a lot better! I feel like she did multiple interviews over the course of a week. Day 1- US, Day 2 - Canada/Quebec etc.

Wait! Was this recorded recently? I mean, she looks better here than on Hoda interview. Maybe the make up and I guess we're back in the long hair style. I guess Dee is reading this forum. About making joke about the bob hairstyle Edited by jpatdeleon09

Wow. This doc is going to be so hard to watch.

Good to hear at length from Irene and Dr. Piquet as well as Celine.

I agree. These new snippets from the documentary we see clearly show Celine in pain 🥺

Am halfway done, will be back, gotta finish irl stuff first. Just wanted to say, different is right lol hair, makeup, outfit, vibe, body language, even the way she speaks is different from Hoda's interview. Not a good or bad thing, just curiously (and noticeably) different... enough to wonder how far apart were they recorded. In the past, she's always had a different vibe when it came to US interviewers vs Euro/Canadian, but I don't know if it's still that or it's more because she's at better ease talking about it with journalists after the positive experience with Hoda.

What a difference a long hair makes. Comparing her hoda and cbc interviews, it would seem the two were conducted in different years.

I’m so glad the interviewer told her that people will take any version of Celine Dion whenever she returns to the stage.

It’s fascinating to hear how Celine has navigated her vocal challenges over the past 17 years. It all makes so much more sense now.

Does anybody know which show was that where she stopped singing A Vous and turned to Scott as she was obviously struggling to hit the notes?

May 21 according to this

https://www.tvanouve...a---celine-dion

Both Adrienne Arsenault and Jean-Philippe Dion interviews on that day

Oh that was a month ago. So, the Hoda interview was the latest? I believe the leaked image of Hoda and Celine was in the end of May

Another one for the Australian Sunrise is on its way. To be broadcast on Monday

Finished it.

Gosh. The part that hits me most was at 35:14 out of the entire interview, when she talks about her kids and repeats "I don't want them to be scared" the look she gives after those words, her face reflects and tries to mask that she's scared, too.

They say spasm episodes can be come trigger or none, then states some triggers... but it seems it's pretty much random. You can get an episode doing something or nothing, feeling positive, negative or neutral emotions, so basically the list of triggers aren't all that much of a guide.

Wow yet another extraordinary interview. Honestly I always thought her “I love my fans” was you know, generous, polite, kind, but good god she Really loves her fans. She actually is addicted to us.
