1. If There Was Any Other Way, so 90s love it! The few times she performed it live she nailed it! Adlibs and all,she could go all the way with this one again.

 

2. If Love Is Out Of The Question

 

3. I Feel Too Much, one of my favorites uptempo. Really a shame she didn't performed this one way more.

 

4. I'm Loving Every Moment With You, just in love with this one, the harmonies, her voice :wub:

My fave:

1. If We Could Start Over - dunno why but this song really gives me the vibe of "Celine Dion" album, so I often queue this with "Next Plane Out" or "If You Could See Me Now"

For Unison I’d choose:

- Where does my heart beat now

- If love is out of the question

- Love by another name

- Have a heart

So there’s a mix of ballad and uptempo songs!

I would choose the only two songs in the album that I actually know:

 

1 Where Does My Heart Beats Now

2 Unison

 

In case of a eras tour, I would’ve let the two slots free, cause she has better albums that deserve more than just four songs on the setlist.

Thats even better! So much to discover! :wub2: just start with the recent albums and work your way back... or the other way around! Her hits are not her best songs!

LOL, that reminds me on my situation 20 years ago, when she was in hiatus and I had the time to discover her music. 🙂 Yes, there is a lot to discover! Start with her English albums (UNISON...). She has amazing songs beside her hits. And then her French albums (INCOGNITO..). You will be surprised. She is more natural and artistic in French.

 

Glad the forum is back again.

I noticed the Spotify error yesterday! Also, ''Que toi au monde (en cours)'' is very strange.

Just a question that I’ve always wondered: why do so many people say the song is called “If Love Is Out Of The Question”? The title is wrong even in Spotify!

 

I’ve never noticed that before! My mind always included the “of” because it’s necessary for the phrase to be grammatically (and logically) correct.

 

It could work with “outta” - a contraction of “out of” - but without the preposition there’s nothing to get out (of!)

Everything I was told at that time was that a new Christmas album was scheduled for a late October 2009 release. I didn't have more info, I'm sorry.

Oh gosh. This is going to require me to relisten to a lot of her albums I haven't given a good listen to lately. As a disclaimer, some of my choices are going to be based on where Celine would be in her life IF her current circumstances WEREN'T her current circumstances, so basically focused on coming out of the pandemic and her life without Rene but keeping in mind her incredibly strong connection with him even now. With that in mind, my choices for this week are:
