I’ve also just been lucky enough to have just heard it and it’s nice but again nothing special in my opinion, I’m not being negative as it’s great to hear something new from her but Sony always seem to play it too safe with her single choices.

 

I bet there’s a better song on the album that would have been a better choice to be a single, it doesn’t necessarily have to be the same name as the movie, but as I said it’s just nice to hear a new song after soo long and maybe who know it maybe a grower when I listen to it a few times tomorrow.

When I first heard Superwoman a few days before it was released I shared my comments on that song too, but never said that was terrible I just said it wasn’t the most memorable. Others said it was terrible!

I have only had one listen of this one so far so It can’t completely answer that until I give it another few listens tomorrow, but based on my first listen of Superwoman and my first listen of this, I so far prefer this one.

I agree…90s Celine with a great producer and clear vocals could’ve maybe saved “Superwoman” even with the cheesy lyrics but it ended up being bad.

 

I wonder who produced this song that we are getting tomorrow and hope she kept her bedroom vocals to bare minimum if at all.

That's what I want more than anything else... nice, clear vocals. She had clearer vocals on Ashes and most of Encore un soir. It was rare on Courage.

I don t think if on the english market a soft song can find its place but on the french market it has been the case in 2012 with Parler à mon père. So who knows for Love Again ?

I'm more excited for new French songs than her English ones these days.

 

I understand that she likes to spice it up a little bit and sing whatever she likes.

 

But I'm all in for a well produced 90s vibe album all over again, clear vocals and soaring notes

 

And on the the other side, a well produced uptempo concept album wouldn't be bad either.

But not a weird mixture of things.

Loll Celine would never do that. She doesn’t like Lara. The fact that she never mentioned her name or acknowledge her existence in the last 40 years tell us a lot about her dislike of Lara…

That may have been too much of a coincidence to be what actually happened lol, but they have shown they aren't afraid to change things with this movie. Titles, dates, whatever.

That's one thing I noticed while watching the video. The main characters and Celine never shot a scene together at the same time.

 

 

BTW, the theme song is growing on me. It's actually better than most- if not all- songs from Courage. Something that I thought I'd never like it.
