Two questions about the Ampa Amcros info

 

Love Again lists two performers, the other one is REGINE VELASQUEZ (a Filipino Singer?) and lists FEIST M (Mark J. Feist?) as a Composer

 

which leads to this song, could it be?

Maybe Irit did spoil PMLALS on her IG because Sony said that the song doesn´t fit the new album and won´t be released, and she wanted Celine fans to make it happen. Who knows. If this track list is true I'm just slightly disappointed that there isn't at least one more song from the Courage album. Specifically, For the Lover that I Lost or Falling in Love Again.

I’ve never care much for this song. I always thought you can’t know much about it only with a snippet, it could be a bad song. But, I have to admit, listening to this again right now, it does sounds good. Seems more “Celine” than the whole Courage album.

 

But, at this point, we can just forget about the possibility Sony is just holding this song for some sort of special release. It got cut out of a 21 tracks album, like many others and will probably only see the light of day way in the future, in some compilation, when Celine is too old or not even here anymore.

What will be even funnier than this song not ever getting released… would be that it does get released and it’s not called “Play me like a love song” and we have a history of people calling it by this for years now!

And if that´s Sony´s plan, they should consider that when this time comes, people will not care about this stuff anymore. The demand is now! Her fans from the 90s are still alive and the new generation who is also interested in Celine because of their parents has interest in it. So why holding it back? It makes no sense. We got like 40 seconds of the song or so and every beat sounds amazing to me. I remember listening to short samples of Sans Attendre and probably Loved Me Back To Life before the albums were released and 90% of the time my instinct was right. I cannot speak for other people but my first impression is a good indication of whether I will eventually like a song.

If you think about how much money record companies made from MJ and Whitney's death, it makes sense for them to have a marketing plan on standby for when a music legend dies. It really seems to me that they're just holding it for her death, it's a timeless song from what we can hear and it has a kind of ghostly theme.

 

Obviously, though, Celine takes care of her health and is nothing like MJ or Whitney. So it would seem like a really foolish decision to be making plans for her death already. But who knows what or how these people think.

Possibly. A catalog development plan which includes unreleased material - rather than just remastered or remixed old material in fancy packaging - would generally be considered more valuable, provided we’re talking about an artist with a meaningful existing fan base.
